I have gained so much weight, mostly in muscle since school started at the end of august. When i started lifting i was around 170-175 and right now i weigh around 200lbs. my plan is to bulk up as much as possible now and then burn off the fat for the spring. I just bought NO2 and i am going to start it monday. I am taking creatine, glutamine, and a multivitamin, as well as Nitro-Tech. My plan is to take the NO2 til i run out and then start massive amounts of cardio, which i do very little of now. If i do cardio 2 days a week it is a lot. I love to lift, thats all so thats what i do and i do it hard. I figured if i do cardio and abs about 5 days a week, as well as lifting, in which i plan to cut all the amounts of weight i am doing and uping my reps; Then by the spring i will be jacked and ripped. My question is is this a good idea?
