I just started weight lifting like 6 months ago... I'm 17, 6'2" 190 lbs... I haven't really been eating to healthy lately and plan to start a bulkin diet shortly... Please tell me what you guys think...
 
Damn little brother, you have a great starting point. Lift heavy and utalize your natural test levels. At your age you have the world by the ballz. STAY NATURAL!!
 
I plan on taking in about 3,700 cals, 500 carbs, 300 protein, and 60 EFA's... would that be sufficient for my bulking diet???
 
That looks like a good start, but it really depends on what your regular, or cutting diet consists of. You may want to adjust things a bit once you start; keep a close eye on the amount of fat you may gain. However if you have a high metabolism, it may not be a problem.
 
i would think i have a fast metabolism cuz ive been eating alotta shitty food and i still have something that resembles a six pack... im goin to the gym today to see how much i can max out benching and im gonna give a EAS's 50 bench increase program a try because i have heard good things about it... i'll keep you guys informed on my progress and post pics afterwards
