Training: 3,5 years, of wich 3 years serious.
Fatpercentage: low ( no exact numbers, sorry)
 
The lighting in those pics really sucks. Also, you can't pose for shit - nor can I. :D

You've got a good base started. What are your goals?

My goal is to get more muscled(get bigger), but DRY!

Those have to be the worst picturs my eyes have ever seen!! You should learn some basic poses also!! You do have a great base and the guns look pretty impressive. Keep eating like a cow, train hard and do tons more cycles and you'll be one big mean son-of-a-bitch!!!
 
Lol, dont be mad about my poses! I know i suck at posing, and why? Because I never read anything about posing or whatsoever, and second of all, these photo's were made very quick, so i didn't took time for light and posing situations. :s
 
I'm +/- 1m.80 and my weight is 75 kg. (dunno in lbs)
I never measured anything, because i don't have the right equipment for that :s
As i said leg shots will come later on, and I never juiced.
I did one little dbol "cure" though.
Actually 2, but the first one was one of that newbie "cures" just taking some dbols and nothing else, everything what i gained then was lost. Second "cure" was a good one, and gained 9kg.
 
looks like you have a good base to build on whoops. But I am guessing the legs might be a bit thin, eh?

i think you do need to bulk, start eating like a horse, and concentrate on compound movements if you wanna start thickening up.

I agree with trial0r, good genetics to keep you lean, now start eating and putting on some size. What are your goals?
 
I would try to get best out of natural potential before juicing. Look good but need more mass.
I weighted 225lb's fairly lean and very strong before I juiced.

Good base and bone structure to build on.
Train hard!
Eat big!
To get big!

The most important thing i have to work on right now is eat eat and also eat! Only my budget doest allow me to eat like most of you guys, yet! I'm a poor student

I think you have a good base. Don't listen to all the fuqers making rude comments. I don't see to many people on here posting pics. Good start. Just need to eat more and lift heavy.... Keep at it. Got good genetics

You look like I did whenever I started out. I weighed 165 lbs @ 5'-9" and was always fairly cut when I started juicing.

What are you trying to reach goal wise?

Overall good job. Just keep eating & eating & eating.....
 
You should definatelt use a more well lit room. And back away from the camera a little bit, you're right on top of the thing.

I don't think 2 cycles of dbol would count as being natural. I think you should continue to try actually being natural for a few years. I'm sure you've still got some growth to do before you need to start juicing. I'm now 25 and I've continued to see new growth every year since I started lifting when I was 18, and I still have not used AAS.
 
I couldnt back up from the camere beacuse of the fast auto-create-picture option, that also explains the blur effect on some photos.

I lost all of my very first dbol cycle becaucse i didnt use anything else :s The second one added 8kg though.

Thanks for all your comments so far, i have to work now, after work i post my leg pictures. Those will also be bad pictures though, beacause of the reason i told you before.

bro, he is a kid trying to get a little feedback to make himself feel better. why must you always talk shit? i would kill most people on this board on stage and in the gym but i don't come on here and try to make people feel like shit and make rude comments to them. people are here to learn and discuss anabolics, not to be made fun of by a skinny guy who thinks he is the shit because let me tell you something brother, your not!

I posted my pics after one cycle, and the same amount of years lifting as Whoops. I was 197 at 7 percent, without any dbol.

dedication is going into a gym with a shattered hand, rebuilt with plates, screws and pins and putting up similiar weight as before even though your hand throbs with each lift and you have to rest the majority of the bar on your palm like I have this week.

Whoops, try to focus your training around big compound movements: deadlift variations, squatting, etc. Get some input from someone knowledgeable or research yourself on excellent techniques and believe me you'll put some serious mass in all the right places. With your structure and low bf you'll do quite well if you do this.

D-bol at your age, and level of developement was a mistake. You have a decent build for a guy your age, but nothing to write home about considering you've done anabolics.

The most and only anabolic thing you should be thinking about at this stage is food, and lots of it. Whole eggs, whole milk, ground beef, peanut butter, etc. Those are a great start, and all are cheap, since you are on a budget. You can get a huge box of pasta for about .50-$1.00, and a big pack of ground beef for around 3.00 (if you shop at a superwalmart, etc),some sauce and make enough pasta and meatballs to last you 3-5 days. All for about 5 bucks. Peanut butter can be bough for about 1-1.50 for store brand, forget natural. Get your hands on whatever you can get and chow down. Make cows 5 counties over scared. Don't think you will get fat, or too big. It won't happen.

As for exercises, just do rows, dips, deads, bench, chins, clean and press, etc. You don't need any foo foo stuff, not now or ever.

Do this, and get some lights in your house (lol), and I'm sure your next pics will look really impressive. Good luck, and happy growing brother.

Your photography sux but from what I can see you like you have good genetics.

I can not emphasize enough the fact that you need to EAT EAT EAT and EAT some more. When you feel like you are full EAT some more. You probably will not even have to worry much about your fat intake - Don't worry about it unless you see you are putting too much fat on.

Highintensity i never said i didn't do riods, only it helped shit, because i was a jung fool who took a dbol only cycle, i gained all, and unfortunaly lost all :s. So I was just tring to say it didn't participate on the way my body is now...
Second i'm just 19 years old so what are you thinking of you saying I reached my potential, of course i haven't reached my potential. I'm just posting bics for some feedback like
the very good and most important helpfull comments, like the ones from 40butpumping and c3bodybuilder. I definately keep an eye on that.

you look pretty ripped bro. I started juicing at your height and weight and sit now at about 212 pretty lean only 6 months later.

I can't give you advice on whether to juice or not because I would be a hypocrit but if you are on here you probably are interested.

I came out of the whomb bigger than this kid! Just fucking with ya whoops. Dont post shit like this unless you are looking to get your ego beat up pretty good. I'm 250 at 9 or 10% and I still wont post shit. If you are doing cardio than stop! Go heavy for a while. Keep up the good work.
 
I thought you looked like you were really ripped and had a great base.

It's a lot nicer to see pics like these then 275 lb tubs of crap with 20% bodyfat I've seen posted before...
