Those pics are from 2 yrs ago,cant remember my stats then.At the moment i am at around 240lbs ( got up to 250lbs earlier in the year ) at 5 feet 6 inches.My bodyfat right now is around 11%.I would say ive put on around 14lbs of tissue since those pics.

You came in way too smooth but you have excellent shape and seperation. Come in more striated and you are set.

I was smooth,but in my defence the pics do make me look worse! Will make sure i am rock hard next time.Dont have any recent pics,sorry.Thanks for the good comments.The contest before that,came in hard but lost a little too much tissue and looked a little flat,so tried something different and came in nice and full but too smooth.Will get it bang on next time round!

Plan on competing again nexy year,have put on around 15lbs of tissue since those pics.My training is low volume high intensity,hitting each bodypary once every 9 nine days.The tan is dream tan by the way,i used dream tan #1 but dream tan #2 is much better!
