i'm at 5"10 right now, about 190lbs, my goal is to be about 195 and chizzled come the first of june, i'm not sure wether i should do a cycle of something (if so, what?) between now and then, and then start to cut, or do i need to just start cutting and scratch the cycle (i would really like to do a cycle thought lol)... please let me know what you guys think, i need all the advice i can get... thanks guys!
