my pics... NEED ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO NEXT!!!

i'm at 5"10 right now, about 190lbs, my goal is to be about 195 and chizzled come the first of june, i'm not sure wether i should do a cycle of something (if so, what?) between now and then, and then start to cut, or do i need to just start cutting and scratch the cycle (i would really like to do a cycle thought lol)... please let me know what you guys think, i need all the advice i can get... thanks guys!

from the pic, it looks like you're gonna need to gain 20 pounds to get to your goal... cause you've got at least 15% BF there, probably more...

i wouldn't suggest any cycles, as you're not even 200 pounds... you should be able to put that weight on without it... you just need to eat...

not sure what's going on with your chest, as it almost looks like some gyno... have you used gear before...? or were you just overweight...?

i'd reccomend a 5x5 Single Factor and about 4300 calories a day... 12 weeks on the 5x5, and then do an 8 week cutter... that puts you out until mid July... good things take time though... ;)
 
yes I have always wondered if i had some gyno.... no i have never cycled before, what exactly do you mean single 5X5? If you could give me some specific details on what i should do i would appreciate it. is there any cure for gyno, i heard something about a formula called YES (not sure what that is?) thanks for the input!
 
was gonna mention the gyno...you may need to see doc to get rid of that.

you need lot of work. your chest and shoulders are particularly lagging. good traps. looks like you could use some diet advice. you are far from fat but need to cut. if you can bring out abs your whole look will improve drastically.

way to soon to use AAS. you can make huge improvements before you poke yourself. if you use AAS in your current shape will give you strange and bloated look, as your proportions are not in line.
 
You need to start to hit your chest hard in the gym bro....

Try This for your chest work out........


Flat Barbell press 3 sets of 6 heavy
Incline Barbell press 3 sets of 6 heavy
Cabal Flys incline 3 sets of 10 mid wait
Dips 4 sets of 15 slow


You can nock this workout out in about 30 min. get a spotter for the 1st 2...

after some weeks ad some try work outs to this work out bro........ :)
 
you look about 15-17% bf at least, so to be 'chizzled' you'll be at about 140-150 lbs

I would shelve the goal of being a ripped 195 until you've been lifting weights for a few more years... AAS is not something you need anytime soon

Sounds about right, You need to get your diet in check 1st. Then your workout.
