lift heavy on your chest for only 3-4 sets and then do about 8 sets of heavy dumbel flys on differnt flat, inlcine adn decline. This, in my experiecn is best for building up the chest. Excessive benching sets are only beneficial to guys who can becnh at least 300 lbs to begin with.
Just curious as to what your cycles looked like and how much you kept on them. Good base but should be a little more impressive after 2 cycles. I do give you credit though for posting your pics. I'm going to post mine in 3 months when my cycles done.
