it was the hardest and most rewarding 10 weeks i've ever had as far as training and diet.
i was on sustanon 500mg per week. didnt frontload cause i didnt know any better at the time but still saw good results by week 4-5. on top of that was on efedrine pre workouts. 50mg.
i'm 5'11, 192.
diet was 2000-2500 cals a day.
i ate 5-7 meals a day. each consisting of about 35-50g protein, 20g carbs, and 10g fat.
obvioulsy, pre and post workouts i would bump the glucose up.
after week 4 i started a strict a.m cardio routine. jump rope. i did 100 reps then took a minute rest. repeated that for 10 sets so in all... 1000 jumps. total time was 16-20 minutes, and heart rate got up to 160 at times. waited 10 minutes and pounded 40g cfm protein.
that's about it really. i tried clen and t3 in the middle for about 2 weeks but didnt really like the results.
it was mostly hard training, a.m cardio, and a very strict diet..... oh.. and sustanon of course!!!
8-14 hours rest a night.
