hey thanks dudes... i appreciate that.

it was the hardest and most rewarding 10 weeks i've ever had as far as training and diet.

i was on sustanon 500mg per week. didnt frontload cause i didnt know any better at the time but still saw good results by week 4-5. on top of that was on efedrine pre workouts. 50mg.

i'm 5'11, 192.

diet was 2000-2500 cals a day.

i ate 5-7 meals a day. each consisting of about 35-50g protein, 20g carbs, and 10g fat.

obvioulsy, pre and post workouts i would bump the glucose up.

after week 4 i started a strict a.m cardio routine. jump rope. i did 100 reps then took a minute rest. repeated that for 10 sets so in all... 1000 jumps. total time was 16-20 minutes, and heart rate got up to 160 at times. waited 10 minutes and pounded 40g cfm protein.

that's about it really. i tried clen and t3 in the middle for about 2 weeks but didnt really like the results.

it was mostly hard training, a.m cardio, and a very strict diet..... oh.. and sustanon of course!!!

8-14 hours rest a night.:D

Did you use NYC or ECA - anything? I noticed you said you tried clen and t3 but stopped.
 
used pure efedrine. no aspirin but a cup of coffee for sure.

thank god i only have to work a few days a week.
 
gonna take 2 months off and hit up another cutter.

goal is 5-6% bf at 200 pounds which i will easily acheive.

week 1: sustanon 1000mgl, anadrol 50mg a day
week 2: sustanon 1000mg, anadrol 50mg a day
week 3-6: sustanon 500mg

run the same routine for weeks 7-12.

then hit post therapy.

How did you like the 50mg ephedrine pre workout? Did it give you good aggression in the gym?

i'll be honest with you...

i contribute a huge portion of my success to ephedrine. not only is it a good fat burner but like you say, it really boosts my workouts. 50mg was great in the beginning but body got used to it and so had to bump up to 100mg after about 6 weeks.
 
Nice gains. Cutting is kicking my ass unfortunately. Bulking was so easy, but the proliferation of stretch marks forced me to start cutting whether I liked it or not.

Are you in the US? I know this is retarded, but I have not found a single brick-and-mortar store that sells pure ephedrine hcl. Most websites selling it are a joke too. I can't afford to keep buying NYC, so I need to give ol' ephedrine a try again. Throw a pm this way if you know any chains or websites that sell it.

yeah i know what you mean about buying the 'wanna be' ephedrine crap that's out there. luckily, i get the pure 50mg pills. pharmacy abroad of course.
