My Personal Profile Critique Please

Stats-
5'6", 173, 18% bodyfat as of last month. Age 31. pretty good diet. work out 5-7 days a week. it habitual at this point and i don't feel any burnout.

I was on a first cycle for 14 weeks of:
deca-250
sust-started at 250, went to 500
cyp-250
anadrol as a trial but didn't like it.50 per day last 2 weeks ( i know this is backwards...but)

I lost 7% body fat over the course ( started at 25%), and look a lot better, but i feel as though i am gonna kick it up a little. I was thinking of

deca-750
sus-1000
got dbol as a trial... so we'll see.
i was gonna take winstrol but it seemed really, really expensive...so i passed.

Please give me an idea..I have done a boat load of research. I have sifted through a bunch of b.s., and a lot of the people appear to have their knowledge and facts together.

i think you should diet down a bit more before you jump on anabolics again...
post up your diet... as "pretty good diet" dosnt tell us much...
you used a gram of gear for your FIRST CYCLE?! (500sus 250deca 250cyp)... that just seems like a lot to me... and to be ramping it up to almost 2g's... wow...

Yes and got (what I think are) excellent results.
Everyone has been commenting to me about how big I got.
As far as a diet, I don't keep a full on track of what I am eating. I am not a big garbage eater at all. I concentrat nmore on the glycemic index of food rather than fat content, etc.
I eat every couple hours and alway have some sort of nut available for in between (pistacios, sunflower seeds)

I got the first cycle from a friend who has been on the for years and is an EMT.
I also have a guy that works for me that is a bodybuilder...He basically ok'ed the gear regiment.


One issue with the diet is that I can never lose weight in the past. No matter how much I workout. I got into gear after trying Clenbuterol to lose weight. But it made my b.p. skyrocket...so I axed it.
One other thing is that i feel way better on them...as though I have a test deficiency to begin with.
When I am not on them...I feel terrible mentally. I considered just staying them all the time until i don't see a gain, then let the receptors heal and take my pct...
