hurt!

I did dips yesterday and goddam do my pecs ever hurt today. I didn't think dips would be affective as a primary chest exerciese but my training partner swore they would be. Man was he ever right! I can't remember ever being this sore after benching.
 
Pecs are muscles in your chest.
 
I heard suction applied to that area in females helps!

I hate dips.....I get way too much tricep in no matter how i position myself. However, I am available to relieve post training stress.

i did them yesterday with a 45 around my waist (yes jerky i know you were bullshitting :) ) for a few sets and theyre not hurting, for a wonder. just a little...warm
 
hell yeah, I love weighted dips

up to 2-45's, a 25, and a 5 = 120lbs.

Women like yourself souldn't do too much dips. It'll make you look manly!
 
They are great for developing that lower 'weight line' on a male pec...

makes that bitch look heavy...
 
the reason dips cause you to be so sore is the incredible stretch of the pec tie ins. I get the same soreness and its awesome. But dips sometimes hurt my elbows. I also get real sore when I do DB flyes you get a good stretch in the muscle from those as well. ( you like my run on sentence? )

Need them massaged? I even have a special massage "tool" to reach in between and any other hard to reack spot you need rubbed.

I use to do dips all the time with a chain belt. But my joints can't handle that kind of presure, so i quit.
 
THey also hit your front delts, surprisingly.

Last time I did them I irritated my elbow; I ended up having to have another surgery on it.

I'll probably have to give them up but they are indeed an awesome exercise.
