my pct question please help

i've don a few cycles,i had great results, but my pct always have been bad, i want to make sure i do it right this time
my cycle is 1-13 eq 600
wk 4-13 tren e 400 mg
wk 8-13 stan 60 mgs ed

when do you think i should start taking hcg,clomid and nolva

Clomid and nolva should start 17-21 days after your last injection of eq. There are a number of different camps on how HCG should be run. Go to the my steroid cycle page and read the sticky on top titled PCT RADARS sticky (read the entire thing). It gives several ways to run HCG. The important thing is to chose one and do it.

Since you are running EQ hit PCT 17-21 days after your lst shot (some recommend 10 days). Run HCG m/w/f 1000-1500iu for three weeks w/ clomid and nolva for 4-6 weeks. The sticky in the PCT forum has a few alternatives of this. Good luck!
