My Next Journey...Comments Please

Please take a look at my next plan...includes diet / cardio / fluid intake / supps / cycle / and PCT.

I have cycled on and off for over 6 years...prob started too young but hey...o well.

My current stats are as follows:
Age - 27
H - 5'11
W - 247lbs
BF% - recently tested @ 13%

My goal is to lean out as much as possible...

Here it is...

Fluid Intake
Minimum one gallon of water per day.

Workout
Monday Chest & Calves
Tuesday Back & Traps
Wednesday Legs / Calves
Thursday OFF
Friday Shoulders / Traps / Calves
Saturday Arms
Sunday Calves & Traps

Cardio
MIN of 60 min per day – 7 days per week

Daily Caloric Totals
Calories 2,072
Protein 297g
Fat 70g
Carbs 48g
Split up between 6 meals...

Cycle
Week 1-4 Dbol 50mgs per day.
Week 1-4 Prop 100mgs EOD
Week 1-20 Adex 0.5ml E 3rd D
Week 5-20 Enan 600mgs per week
Week 7-20 HCG 1000iu per week

PCT
Week 1-4 Sustain Alpha
Week 1-3 HCG 1000iu EOD
Until Empty 1 Bottle of Post Cycle
Until Empty 1 Bottle of Unleashed

Week 1-4 Prop 100mgs EOD
Week 1-20 Adex 0.5ml E 3rd D
Week 5-20 Enan 600mgs per week YOU SHOULD REALLY RUN YOUR PROP UP UNTIL THE 3RD WEEK AFTER YOU START TEST E, BY TIME YOUR PROP IS WORKING WELL YOUR GONNA GO BACK TO NOTHING FOR THE NEXT 3-4 WEEKS WAITIN FOR TEST E TO KICK IN
Week 7-20 HCG 500IU E3D
PCT
Week 1-4 Sustain Alpha
Week 1-3 HCG 1000iu I WOULD NOT USE HCG POST CYCLE

Thats my opinion
Much more effective cutting cycle would be
1-10 prop 75mg ed
1-8 tren 50 mg ed
would give you better results in half the time..but also thats depending on how many cycles you have under your belt
 
Thx for yr comments...I was planning on bumping the cals up to between 2,500-2,600 on the weekends if I was feeling run down.

As far as the tren...ive run it before and loved it but I want to stay away from it for a bit...it takes a toll on me but thats the price we pay...

Ive never had any luck with clomid and or nolv...

Prop is superior and I agree with Hayez update. I would be running strictly prop w/ my cycle if it were not for the number of sticks required. Prop & tren are a great combo for what your looking to do, but no doubt would have an effect on your cardio. 7 days per week cardio is brutal regardless of cycle.
All in all a well plannned out cycle imo...good luck. Keep us posted.

Thx bro...will be updating as much as possible...My favorite test is prop but like u said the ED or EOD wears on you.
