adex 0.5-1mg ed wk1-12
tylers liver detox ed throughout

PCT to start day after last winny dose
HCG 500IU eod for 3wks
Nolva 40mg ed for 3wks then 20mg ed for 3wks
Clomid 50mg ed for 6wks

blood work before and after. i am 6'1 200lbs at 12-13%bf looking to add 10 solid lbs. advice appreciated, but i am pretty much set on this one. i will be following my LFTs closely as well as my FLP....thanks.

I'd cut the a-dex back until you think you need it. Also, the pct needs some fine tuning.

i meant 500 there...dont know what i was thinking. as far as PCT, this works every time. may be able to get away with less but if it aint broke dont fix it. a couple of my friends whose bloodwork i monitor were back to normal with no crash using this regimen for each of their cycles.

you could actually switch the two orals around. or better yet. i'd leave the winny out and just run the t-bol all the way.

i use HCG in all of mine and my friends PCT. if you are gonna treat something, treat it correctly. plus, i hate the sides associated with that high of a clomid dose.

not too sure about tbol for 10wks. i havent used it before.

I wouldn't use T-bol any more than 6 weeks - liver toxicity, as far as I know its similar to dianabol in that way, except it doesnt aromatize
