Hey..
i'm still haven't popped my cherry, but will be doing so in a month or two!
week 1-12: 250mg sustanon EW
perhaps do some 500mg weeks too? (for more even juice delivery)
PCT: 3 weeks after last needle, Clomid:300mg once, then 100/100/50 ED
Nolva: 40/20/20 ED
Have enough Nolva at hand to deal with gyno, might even take some nolva on-cycle, just to be safe..!!
(even tho it may reduce gains and isn't needed)
Also trying to fetch some l-dex.. for 0.5mg ED.

160 pounds,
5'10 tall,
BF% not measured, but i guess 10% - will measure soon!
Haven't been satisfied with my diet lately, need to get a grip on that! Been eating too little
Taking protein + amino acids three times a day (43g protein pr pop)
Will double that when i'm on cycle.
Freezer is filled with chicken and minced beef... Also take omega3 + vitamins regurarly.
Working out 3 times a week, try doing big leg muscle on separate 4th day.
Still not at my genetic max...
my goal is about 180-190 pounds, sub 10% BF.
Do not want extreme results from my first cycle, so i think this is about right for me. I am not that far away from my goal anyway.
