Now that we've both stereotyped one another based on our sex, I'll answer your question. In my experience, and the experience of every woman with whom I've ever discussed the issue, when a man says something to the effect of "she really knows how to take care of her man" he is suggesting the woman waits on her man and tends to defer to him on all issues of significance.
And I didnt assume the earlier poster meant "subservient", but made the statements to which you referred in case he did mean that and was under the impression that all women from a dozen different countries had those traits.
