My New Diet, HELP!!!

Hey ya'll,

I just started a new diet Monday, it is a low carb/no carb hardcore diet that I got out of a Muscular Development a few months back. It is basically a two week crash course diet with no cheat days for two week and then I was going take a refeed day or two and then slip into Crums Diet for a while. My problem is I am getting anxious for these two weeks to get over with and it is only the end of day 4!!! I was thinking of taking a refeed this sunday on day seven instead of the full two weeks. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.
I am about 185 16% bodyfat.

This is the exact reason why crash diets don't work. You're 16% bodyfat and a short term crash diet won't make you 8%. Just start a simple diet with a mild caloric deficit and you should be able to cruise down below 12% fairly quickly. Then you can start thinking about going to more extreme measures but even then it's not something that has to be done if you're patient.
 
Well, maybe I should have given a little background on myself. Two years ago at age 18 I was 240 lbs 30+% bodyfat. Trust me I know it all comes with hard work, 2 years of hard work for me. I was just planning on using the 2 week diet for a small boost before summer, and then cruise into Crums diet.
