last night was the opening night and it was fucking decent,Needsize and alltraps popped in for a bit. and the place was fairly busy.

the best part ,is that I have 6 other guys minimum backing me if the shit goes down,unlike my last job. downside is I am the smallest bouncer which Im sure will leave me open to people being tough guys,so time for injectable wheaties to keep up, the next closest guy to my size is about 5'11 200 so I plan to be bigger than him by end of january.

but all in all good night, a few scuffles,one inside and one outside we broke up because three guys were pounding one guy,but other than that just the regular drunks who we cut off and sent on their way.

too be honest, being the bigger bouncer often gets you into more bullshit, I am just under 5'9" and pushing 250lbs at about 11%, and had guys trying to start shit all the time to get the reputation of taking out the big guy.
As long as you dont walk around like you have an attitude then you should be fine, you're just doing your job. But as soon as you start thinking you are badass cuz you're a bouncer, someone will beat your ass down to straighten you out

I work 5 days most weeks 10 bucks a hour is sweet in my opinion,I was making 50 a night where I previously was and we have a solid team for the most part with a great head of security,a few guys could check the temper but we will sort that out quick.

once i get a decent amount of size i'm gonna try to get a job bouncing at one of the bars around campus. mostly nerds and pussy rich kids who can't fight anyway. and the cops are ALWAYS around in a pinch

lol, 5'6" 170lbs. 12% bf. i said once i get some decent size. i have some ways to go. been lifting seriously for nearly a year and a half up from around 130lbs. i've been hovering around the same weight lately, but making more of a body composition change.

I actually like the door, you got to know everyone that came in, and you were generally the last person to get to a scrap, which meant less chance of a bottle in the head. The floater is most likely to get there ass kicked as hes not in eye contact with the other guys, so if something happens odds are hes on his own for a while

no offence to anyone that works at that bar, but seriously, that is by far the lamest set of bouncers i have ever seen. the head bouncer is about 5'4 and a buck 80 at most. NO one looks like they have ever seen what the inside of a gym looks like. if someone really wants to start shit there, none of these guys will get anyone out. good luck

head of security is a small guy but he is a former cop at queens park so lots of crowd experience and a defense tactics instructor,I cant speak for anyone else as they claim to have experience. and me Im just happy to have someone else working with me, but I do agree they are badly out of shape

i remember back in the day, the scraps that went on in that bar were crazy, and the bouncers back then, who were massive, had trouble keeping peace. i know once word gets out that this bar is open again, and "those people" that like to scrap and come from the res, there will be trouble. be ready for it, and may GOd have mercy on your souls....
