My n2bm order delayed

From what I heard...the new customer service employee, Dan, is a very knowledgeable guy who is just getting acclimated to his new position. Customer service will be as it always has been soon enough. Although, Shanna will be definitely missed!

what sounds like happened is that the guy sending the orders wanted to make sure you didn't have the wrong address since they didn't match. he is new so he had no idea that was normal for you to have 2 addresses. if i was in his shoes I would want to make sure things were correct before sending out as well, better it get delayed a couple days then send it to the wrong address. i've actually accidentally put the wrong address before (my prior address) and they were nice enough to correct it for me even though it was my mistake
