My Minamalist Split while "Supplementing" what do you think?

Guys take a look


aside form business and consulting I have other things to balance and have run out of time to lift everyday

take a look:

*each workout is followed by 10-15 minute of HIT cardio

1) Chest, Bis
2) Legs, Abs
3) OFF
4) Deltoids, Tris
5) Back, Rear Delts
6) OFF
7) OFF
 
It's a bit of a strange layout, why not do:

1) Chest, Tris
2) Legs, Abs
3) OFF
4) Deltoids, traps
5) Back, Bis
6) OFF
7) OFF

chest and tris are the one group that I worked hard on and built from the ground up.....
my chest is now one of my best body parts......

I found that Chest and tris for me responded to MORE frequency and higher reps and sets.....instead of heavy weights

I forgot to mention On the deltoid day I do a little chest work to keep it primed


also I dont do traps before back day since traps get hit hard on almost everyday I train, I do deads on leg days

So you can do more reps and sets ;) with the plan I have up there.
 
Or

Day 1 - Legs, Calfs
Day 2 - Chest, Tri
Day 3 - Off
Day 4 - Back, Bi, Forearms
Day 5 - Delts, Traps, Calfs
Day 6 - Off

Whatever works :)
