Yo ck you said in a previous thread you didnt always look this way so just how long did it take to get down to 8% for you those last two pounds are a mug f er!
I'm 8 now... how I plan on getting to 6 is the 3 point attack.
1. Diet - so you don't gain anymore fat
2. Intense Cardio - There's no other way to burn it (Increase intensity always)
3. Steroids or fat burners (These DO NOT work on their own and should only be considered as a booster to 1 & 2
