Just going to keep note of the current cycle I am on, I have decided to stop taking anavar and run an eq only cycle along with some other meds. For those who know I have had some recent back problems that is safe to say better for the moment, also some personal problems that left me on a little lay off. Funny thing is people say I look better now than when I was at my peak. I am going to get back up to 250lbs and I think I will call it a day. My goal will then be maintaining and getting ripped to shredds, that is if this doesnt take me up there.

The Medication Layer:

Eq is Ttokkyo Labs 200mgs/ml as always.
T3 by Abdi Ibrahim 25mcg tabs
Clen Spiropent 0.02 mgs
Accutane 20mg caps by Roche
Clomid Anafarm Greece 50mg tabs

The Supplement Layer

Potassium
Calcium
Multi Vit/Mineral
Water
MRP, Protein Powder and protein enriched Flap Jacks
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Ginger Root
Vitamin C

The Plan

1000mgs eq weekly split on Monday and Thursday for 10 weeks

T3 50mcgs daily for 6 weeks then taper down to 25mcgs for 2 weeks then taper down to 12.5mcgs for 2 weeks.

Clen 7 tabs a day 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, eca only as pre workout pick me up when off clen.

Vitamin C 1500mgs daily

Ginger Root 500mgs with every meal

Alpha Lipoic Acid 400mgs with 3 biggest meals of the day

Potassium/Calcium only if needed

Vitamin / Mineral twice a day.

Accutane 60mgs daily

Clomid 4 - 4.5 weeks after last shot of eq

The Diet

My goal is to drop a few lbs of body fat and add 15lbs of muscle. I feel this can be achieved as I have dropped in weight quite a bit over the last 2 months.

8 Meals a day for a total of 5000 calories

Protein: 500 grams daily inclusive of 100 grams post workout.

Carbs/Fats: whatever else it takes to keep each meal at roughly 625 calories minus the 200 cals from the protein. Mostly complex carbs but I do not hold myself back from food on cycle.

Water: 4 litres a day

Will be updating this every other week.

btw, dont you think that amount of gear is a little too low for someone with your experience?? especially if you want to gain 15 lbm and lose fat!!
thats quite allot to expect I would think...

Yes but I have lost over 20lbs in the last 2 or so months so it should be achievable. I am focusing more on nutrition and training here rather than the gear. I am on accutane and do not wish to use anything that will flare up my acne, otherwise id be on 1500mgs of enanthate as a base :D

ALA should, in theory increase glycogen storage which will add a number of lbs and the ginger root (yet to try) should in theory turn more protein in to muscle :)

Are you planning on running the clen at 7 tabs/day the whole 14 days... or pyramid up to 7, then back down?

I start with 7 and run it at this for 14 days straight, I have found it is much more effective like this rather than spending 5 or 6 days to taper up with. If you can handle or control/limit the sides this is the way to go. Some people are ultra sensitive and must taper up to get a feel for the sides first.

This will be my first time on Bulgarian clen and I was palnning on tapering up, then back down over two weeks. I'm still gonna taper up and get a feel for it, but I might just stay with the maximum dose all the way threw till day 14 now...instaed of tapering back down.
 
Good point BBigman2000, im gonna edit my post and add in my training routine when I get a spare minute.

Norma Man, I have been on accutane for almost 2 months now to get rid of my existing acne which has worsened a lot since I began using :( I am only using the eq as I dont feel it will change much acne related when on the accutane. I was on test before this but my bp left me with many nose bleeds and a few spots would start to show. :D

Monday: Chest

Tuesday: Back

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Legs

Friday: Shoulders & Arms

Saturday:

Sunday: Abs (if I trained them)

Repeat

Chest: Bench Press, Incline Bench, Dumbbell flyes, Dips

Back: Chin Ups, wide grip Lat pull down to chest, Close grip supinated (sp?) lat pull down to chest, Cable Rows

Legs: Leg Press, Leg Extensions, Calf Raises, Hamstring curls, Lunges

Shoulders: Military Shoulder press, front dumbbell raises, cable lateral raises

Biceps & Triceps :fro:

I will do either 3 excercises for each body part listed and 4 sets or 4 excercises and 3 sets, all depends on how I am feeling and how drained I am. All excercises go to failure. Intensity is max. I am not a more is better person and 9 sets is sometimes plenty for one body part. I allow one week rest inbetween and train for less than 75 minutes each session. I dont do cardio, I dont do abs. Naturally lean with a superman metabolism.

No need to reply to this: Im just updating a few changes:

I decided to add anavar in and this is my second day on them. Im running them at 40mgs daily.

I front loaded my eq over Tuesday and Wednesday 600mgs in each glute. I would not recommend doing this anymore as yesterday I was really suffering. Really bad cold, sweating excessively (and dont normally sweat). Well tomorrow is coming and its another 500mgs, then I will get back on track on Monday and Thursdays.

Ill post an update in a week.

I was wondering why you don't do any exercises that hit the rear delt (for proportion), such as bent over laterals.
 
as you know the shoulder is one muscle group, one that I am very blessed to have. it is without doubt one of my best body parts (used to be my worst). Shoulders are a very small muscle group and get inidrectly worked from almost all other excercises to quite some extent. Military press and side laterals is what kicks it for me. and I never have been comfortable with working the rear head directly. Also tried pec dec back to front for them. truth is I dont need too. My shoulder workout lasts about 20 - 30 minutes depending on how long I rest.

Hows the accutane coming along?

Did your liver enzymes go up or down?

Reason I ask is that I'm considering running
20mg/day for 6-8 months while I cycle
(Fina/Deca + RU)(winter) then Fina/EQ/winstrol(summer)
Just as acne-prevention not acne amelioration.

What do you think?

Fonz, you are using deca and ask me what I think? So far no major problems with the accutane. My eyes are a lot more sensitive, skin, lips, ears, nose are all very dry but thats about it.

No need to reply to this, its all for my own records.

I have decided to shoot humalog 6iu's Monday and then 10iu's after that. Will only shoot on training days post workout. Sub q in stomach. I look forward to getting on this. I am also now going to add creatine in with the slin and anavar. Things are looking promising. Its been almost a full week and im looking a little different already. Up 1kg but thats probably solely on the food I am eating. The slin will be ran with 50mcgs t3 and 50mgs proviron daily. Only using the slin for 4 weeks to get a feel for it right now.
