My latest Favorite Morning Shake

First of all, this is NOTHING NEW. I just want to share it w/ you guys in case some of you haven't tried it. This taste awsome...

2 Servings of Whey (40-50g depending on which one you use)
1 cup of raw oats.
Zanthan Gum

Blender up the above ingredients w/ 1 cup of water to desired consistency.

Nutrition Information:
61g Protein
61g Carb
10.5g Fat

590.5 Total Calorie

Perfect for a bulking breakfast.

Hmmm I only tried it once in a blender, that was when I actually had a blender..lol....
Now, I usually stick to the oatmeal+protein mixed in, and some whipped cream (non-fat) on top.--small amounts of course.

P.S. that looks great as a bulking up breakfast

I like Prolab's new MRP, good source of protein and carbs, throw some flax or peant butter and you have some good fats to go w/ it.

Another good shake I make is w/ 50g whey, some OJ, a bannana, flaxseed oil. Good stuff...
