I guess over the past couple of years I've turned kinda stone cold when it comes to people and their BS. I've dealt with far too much of it, some here would even know details... But things to learn

Maybe the cleanest way to extricate yourself from this mess is to con her into leaving you. What are her biggest turn-offs? What pisses her off? You need to exploit these things if you want to stand any chance of getting away before she becomes too attached.

You'd have to take this one really far... She's probably been in abusive relationships in the past and just stuck with them cause she's clingy and needs drugs.

I'm not suggesting abuse. But maybe some nasty habits, like forgetting to flush after dropping a log, or not picking up his clothes, chewing with his mouth open, find out what annoys her and exploit it. Neglect is good too.

During one of her down episodes lastnight I was so sick of it I told her to just snap out of it. She got mad and said "it's not that easy, you just don't understand". Maybe I could play on that a little. She's been texting me all day asking me to do something.

Whats even worse is she just moved in about 5 blocks away and she's 2 blocks from my local pub. Anyway you shake it I will see her again. I want a clean break, where there is no bad blood. I don't need her contaminating my dating pool.
