My Knees Hurt....b/c of Squats???

The legs exercises I have done for the last 6 months consisted mainly of Squats, regular Deads (which I just switched to leg day from back day), leg press, and leg extensions......i havent done too many reverse leg curls.
 
I know the feeling

I know the feeling, i have extremely weak knees and even though i dont lift much they still hurt when i do my barbell squats. The trainer at gym told me it could be balance that hurts my kneew and he put 2 weights (disks) under my heels for balance, it helps soooooooooo much try it out!
