My IP Sustanon Experience

I did my first shot on Sunday. 1cc + 1cc of sterile oil. No pain untill tuesday. Slightly tender and a little swollen. Wednesday was leg day and I did squats so my whole ass is sore! Thursday took second shot. Ass still sore from workout plus the injection! Friday Im all okay exept my leg muscles are still sore... Second injection shot still sore...

I bumped my calories up from the usual 2500 up to 3000.

Start weight was 220.. I weighed 224 today.
Probably due to the increase in calories and getting back into training after 5 weeks off.

The only side effect I know is I am getting very agitated latey and easily annoyed.

My goal is to surpass my 245lbs max to 250lbs.
 
you should be able to reach your goal no problem. I have not ever used IP Gear.

allthough I know people who have used his Sust and made good gains, I also know people who have used it and not gained shit.

I guess its kinda hit and miss.
 
I'm having a tough time figuring out why you're eating 2500 cal's, and you weigh over 220... are you dieting for a competition? I know you're not trying to bulk w/ that?

well the last cycle I did back in nov 01 I used
200mg test
50mg eod fina
50mg winni eod

My calories were on average 2500 and I hit 245lbs from 220lbs

But this time around I am trying to increase my calories even more!
I hit 3000 this week but I will try to slowly increase them next week. I dont want to up to to 5000 right off that bat and get fat.

The only problem I have is where should my calories come from? I try to keep the all equal. 33/33/33

Should I now increase my carns to add more calories? I dont want to add toom uch protein cause I am not a beleiver in high protein diets.

Here is my average calories since monday.

Calories 3109
fat 98
Carbs 296
Protein 252
fiber 21

also.. I constantly feel like I have the flu...
My muscles and joints ache.
Then again after a 5 week layoff Im surprised Im not immovable!

Im on week 6 right now. And IP sust hasnt done much for me....i been taking 500 mg a week, 2 250 injections. I look more cut and I feel stronger but not much weight gain..... i think i need to up the cals

A WHOLE 3000 CALORIES!Hehe well i guess most of you would say I exaggerate but I just started 500mg of test enanthate from icn galenika on monday night.Im up a 4 solid pounds already but Im eating around 8000 calories a day.....and I weigh less than you.Ive also upped my intensity and amount of stes at the gym by about 20%.Im really hurting from yesterdays workout but thats ok! =-) btw.Lets see who gains more =-)

8000 calories??? Shit you must burn like a furnace!!!!

My last cycle like I said I ate 2500 max and gained 25lbs. My goal now is 3000-4000 calories. My goal is not to get fat.

I dont really need to eat tons to get big... I guess my metabolism is slow...

I dieted down very lean once on only 1700-2000 calories per day. No loss in muscle... (not that I know of)

8000 caloires is very hard to do unless you take a boatload of weight gainer!
 
Seriously... 8000... how do you consume that at such a low body weight... do you have a hollow leg??? :)

1333 calories per meal? (if you eat 6 meals per day)

1300 cals of weight gainer will mix in like 10 oz of water and you won't even noticed you drank it. so its not that hard to believe.
 
Back when I was young I drank those MLO Hardbody gainer 3600 that had 1200 per serving. I drank those 3 times per day then my meals. I still dont think I hit anywhere near 8000. Maybe 5000.

yeah, but i am saying you would have to down 4 of them a day and then eat like a horse (a horse that eats 1300 cals a sitting) the other two feedings. with weight gainer powder, any caloric level is possible. :D
 
well this is week 2 and Im trying to increase calories more.

When on a cycle for muscle size does it really matter where the caloires come from?

Cause today I hit 3229 calories. I also had 2 slices of pizza and a large 100g caramilk bar.
My carbs hit 326g and I feel so bloated in the stomach area! Fat is at 112 while protein was low today 222g

Im afraid of getting fat!

However my stats did seem to change since last week.

I still weigh 220 but my fat is down 1%. But thats according to my skin calipers which may not be 100% accurate.

I read on www.teamflex.com that in the growth season just aim at eating enough protein and the rest whatever you want.

This seems okay but I will not make that a habit.

Anyother advice?
 
I woke up today feeling bigger and tighter or I guess more full and pumpe dis the right word, so I jumped on the scale before eating and it read 230lbs.

Thats 10 pounds in 2 weeks! Lots of it is due to muscle memory and me training and eating again. My sex drive is crazy!!!

I get the fat test done this weekend, Ill let you know if I just got fat! lol

only if your a wussy. :) i'm taking 150mg a day (of IP), and i'm still kicking. so i'd say your alright. especially since its IP, isn't it? :D

I took an injection yesterday with no other oil, just the sust.. well Im not sire but my ass cheek has a swolen lump!

What causes that? Its not bad is it..
 
Update

I now weigh 240lbs with 14% fat

Strength is up... however I am being sure to keep form nice and slow... But sometimes ego takes over....

I have 8 weeks left and 10lbs to gain... Now my goal is to eat more food!!! 3000 has been my limit thus far..3500-4000 is my new goal for next week.

Hell... starting tomorow!
