joker what are the chains for?

I use them for a multitude of things, but primarily, Chain-Suspended Good Mornings.

Texas Ranger> Nail two 2x4's or 2x6's together.

Dude that dumbbell is nuts... how much that thing weigh. It looks like a damn hazard too.. :lmao:

They each weight about 10lbs. They were a great investment. They have been invaluable more times than I can count.:)

Joker is that a Bodysolid power rack and bench? :)

How are they holding up?

Also is that bench what you use for all your benchwork? If so do you find it a bit too narrow and flimsy?

No, it's a Weider from Sears.

Strength-wise, it's great. I've hung and bounced +500lbs off of it and it's never flinched.
But the safety bars don't go high enough, there are no pins for outside the rack, (I had to drill holes and make my own. Go Lowes!) and the way the pins inside the rack are set up, you can't bench without teetering on the bottom of the rack. (I had to re-drill holes for that, too.)

Yes, I use that bench for all bench work. It's very stable, and plenty wide. Doesn't wobble at all, if that's what you are asking.
The few times I have worked out at a gym, the only real difference was the height on my bench vs theirs. (Mine is several inches higher.) I use blocks under my feet to make up the difference when benching.

Awesome setup man. I want something like that years from now when I get my own house.
