My half ass log.

Sorry if this is kind of a weak log but I'm new at this log thing. General info...I weigh 170# about 15 of it odd prob fat and I'm 30 years old. Never had percentage done. My goals are to bench 225, dead lift and squat 325 with in the 10 weeksof this. Ive also been making changes to my log as I go so ill post week 1 and week 4. Also planning on using beastdrol weeks 5 through 6.

Week1 Day1- warm-up
Bench-135# 2*8
Incline-95# 2*8
NG bench-95# 2*8
DB flies- 30# 3*10
Dips - 3*8
Tri push down- 100*8 120*6 140*4

Day 2 Deadlift- warm up(135 3*5)
225#*2 185# 8*3
Bent over row- 115# 3*8
Reverse grip lat pd- 150#*8 200#2*6
Hammer curls- 20#*8 25#*8 25#*6
Curls- 25#*8 30#*8 30#*6

Day3 Core-planks, mountain climber and crunches on swiss ball, Russian twists with plates. Various other core exercises. Calve exercises.

Day4- shoulders...warmup
Over head press- 135#*2 115# 8*3
Power Shrugs- 195#3*8
Single DB press- 40#4*8
Behind back shrug- 195#3*8
DB raises front/side- 20#3*8
Dips and pushdown tris.

Day5 Squats- warm-up 185*2 135#8*3
Leg press- 360#3*8
Single leg Ham ex.- 50#3*8
Light core

Day 6- warm up
Bench- 135# 3*8
Bent over row- 115# 3*8
DB flies chest 30#3*8
DB flies back 20#3*8
Arms

Day 7 core and calves.

Day 4 Shoulders- warm up

Single arm DB press- 50# 3*6
Behind back shrug- 245# 3*8
DB front/side raise- 20#3*8
Dips- 3*8
Tri push down- 100#*10 120#*8 140#*4

Before I started it was 185# on bench and 285# on DL. Haven't maxed on squat in a decade just trying to go as high as I can with it.

Week 5 went alright. Up 10# on bench and Deadlift. Up 40# on squat. Shoulders sucked on max175# press, so dropped down to 155#,but did good on rest of exercises. Missed my 5*5 day on Sat for fam stuff so burn out on push ups and DB back flies at house.

Just started it today. 20mg the first week. Wanted to start it on the beginning of my workout week and after mothers day. Ill post as I go through the next few weeks.

Alright been busy, But I'm back. Weeks 5,6,7 went well. On third week of beastdrol. Gains on bench and Deadlift are still coming up. 205#3*3 on bench. 345#*1 on Deadlift. Stuck at 255# on Squats but adding reps. One week of beastdrol left after this. Thinking of taking 4 a day.
