small- I'm sure the pics don't do em justice. Both shots were almost too dark to even make out the fact that it was an arm I was lookin at.

they are grover-esque. however, they are much bigger than they were before. i think i've gained an inch or and inch and a half since feb. they are 12.5" flexed.

my brother told me they are grover arms.... what a clown.
