Out...it was $7,400 done at the hospital...would have been $8,200 if it was done at the doctors facility, but hubby insisted in a hospital stay, THEN we found out it would be cheaper! Go figure!

I love small boobs, just not on me...I was used to having big ones all my life and if I was gonna go in for the lift anyway, I wanted to get the implants. But hell yeah...I LOVE little boobies!!!

Please don't go too big. If you want them to look as real as possible go through the armpit or belly button and definitely under the muscle.

wrong, most doctors will tell you to go on top of the muscle will give a real appearance. i have never seen under the muscle look that real.

Quite pricey....I have seen some chicks on Howard Stern show who were begging for boobs and got them for under$5000...the pics after were looking quite good....

But if you are happy with the result ..who care about the money..we make money..money doesnt make us...

Implants are okay, but I like big natural tits the best. I like the way they start swinging back and forth and then they start doing circles when hitting it from the back. Implants don't do that. Just a little back and forth. No circles.

But if you are happy with the result ..who care about the money..we make money..money doesnt make us...

Keep in mind that I had two procedures done...implants alone are in the under $5k range, but the lift raises the cost substantially.

As for preferance of natural vs. implants...it depends on the woman's natural structure...mine sucked and I lived for over 20 yrs with boobs that I hated...now I get to see how I like the implants...if I hate em, I can always have them removed and just keep the lift, but I doubt that's gonna happen.

I've never heard a doctor or woman who's been involved with implants say that above the muscle looks more natural. There are many shapes of implants to choose from and one of them is an anatomical form which would hang lower and have a very gradual thinning at the upper portion until it's nearly flat. Most women who have had mastectomy's will use that to match closer to her other breast, but it is normally done under the muscle to achieve the more natural look. There are more complications associated with them as well...it can turn and not hold in place propperly...this is what happened to my friend who went with the cheap doctor. Over the muscle is a much easier operation and much less painful recovery, but you can see the edges of the bags and feel the implants themselves right through the skin if the woman doesn't have much natural tissue to begin with...also they will be heavier on the breast skin and cause sagging as years go by as opposed to the under the muscle implants staying put inbetween the muscle layers, not causing any strain on the skin of the breast. When you see a dancer who's got very obviously unnaturally round breasts, they are most likely not under the muscle...especially if they jiggle around and hang more. Another reason for going with under the muscle is for future mamograms...the readings will be easilly done if the implant is done under the muscle, but if it's over the muscle and right in the pocket of the breast skin, they need to do ultrasounds instead of mamograms, which aren't as reliable for detecting cancer.
