To SUST-MAN: she'll be going back again. Every woman my fiance has talked into going has come back and said that they wished they were bigger. They get used to the size post surgery while they are swollen and once they drop, it'll be a blow to their confidence even though they look 10x better than they did. My fiance has gone back once and was thinking about going again but I'm pretty sure I've convinced her not too. She does have to go in and have some scar tissue broken up but it's free so I doubt they'll let her go bigger

She used to weigh a lot so I don't doubt they used to be sizable but never a JJ. That is well beyond a special order, it is several sizes larger than an H which is several sizes larger than a D.

JJ stands for Jumbo Juggs. Hmm...how to explain a JJ...sizes go in alphabetical order DD, DDD (which is sometimes referred to as an E), DDDD which is sometimes referred to as an F...something like that...anyway, I could put my nursing bra on my head and wear it like a loose fitting hat. LOL Eh...they served my daughter well...and as much as I like big boobs, they were stupid big...and I was fat then too.
Deliquent, the scaring should be minimal in appearance because this doctor is very good but there was a lot of cutting on me. Some lifts can be done just around the areola, but I have what is called a keyhole scar, its a line around the areola, a line down from the nipple to the underside, then a line along the natural fold on the underside. No scars will be visible even with a little bikini top. I looked at the pictures of his post op patients and their scars are light and tiny. This doctor seemed to be very good...hubby and I made the connection that he was probably the kind of kid that got picked on in school...very studious looking, a bit awkward in his mannerisms, but he knows his shit and now he's the one playing with women's boobies all day making a fortune! If your girl wants to pose nude, I'd suggest not having the lift yet, that can always be done later. In my operation, the implants were put in first, THEN he did the lift. I would imagine if she's a professional model, the photographer could touch up the pics so that the scars wouldn't be seen if she goes with a really good doctor, but why risk it? This doctor was almost twice as much as another doctor I visited, but I did a lot of word of mouth checking around and the cheaper doctor basically butchered two women I know, yet the other doctor had nothing but wonderful comments by everyone I spoke to. On Wednesday the glued on tape covering my suturing will be removed...I can kinda see through it and it looks good, but I'll be able to really know on Wed. The suturing is nice and flat laying under the tape.
My nipples are still sensitive...the left one is extra sensitive and the right one is a little less sensitive. The right one is also a little bruised and more puffy, but the doc had a hard time with my right side...the muscle was much tighter there and he had a hard time stretching the muscle apart and getting the implant in. The surgery took about half an hour longer than expected because of my right side being a pain for him to work with. The surgery lasted 4 1/2 hrs. But I was up that night walking around and even visited with my neighbor.
Even though I've got a while for everything to settle into place, I'm thrilled with the job so far.
