Hello,
Ive been out of the gym with very little work outs for a year...Ive gotten myself back now....looking for advice on the best possible supplements to take to get myself to a point where I can take advantage of beast....I think im pretty good with workout plans...diet will be solid...but I will need to supplement with protein powder....plan on using creatine...what other natty supps would you recommend? Im 6'9" 275 lbs with probably 22% BF. want to work on getting diet solid and getting as much muscle on till potential cycle..(I have no date in mind...results will determine that) I am on HRT androgel 8 pumps a day as prescribed by dr. I know I may be missing something so please forgive me...I Plan on starting a log to post my progress from day 1 till I feel I have gotten everything in order enough to then add "stronger" stuff. and will continue on from there....my goal is to get in the best shape of my life...in fact ridiculous shape...I will track everything and keep everyone updated ...Im pretty motivated and excited to get back into this lifestyle... so what supplements do you recommend (natural) to start my journey? (ps im 42 yoa)
