my friends cycle

is his first cycle, his bf not lean between 15-20% 6"3 23yrs old
which cycle is best for him?
deca at 200mg/wk for 8 wks? or
sutanon 250mf/wk for 8wks??
any other cycle suggestions? and what kind of post cycle he will need? and what gains should he expect?
 
run sus. he will like that better as a first cycle at the dose terminator suggested, gains depend upon the diet if his is not up to par then the cycle is practically wasted.make sure he has nova on hand just in case he is prone to sides.

he will need post cycle recovery.

If I were you (god I hate these "I'M....umm I mean my friend is doing a cycle and I don't know much about steroids, what she he do?", I would just run 500 mg of sust a week.
 
How can we know anything about your gains, without knowing your current stats, training routine, diet, more about your personal biochemisty (androgen receptor sensitivy, insulin sensitity, muscle fiber composistion etc). Anywhere from 5 lbs to 25 lbs of muscle. You'll gain anywhere from 30 to -5 lbs of fat, depending on genetics and diet. You'll gain anywhere from 3 to 20 lbs of water weight that will go away at the end.
 
Keep the doses low with the first cycle, even consider just the sust alone as suggested by BODYBY FINNAPKEX..

of course, this is just my $.02
 
I would throw in a little dbol for a jumpstart for the first few weeks. But try to keep the dosages as low as possible, to try and keep your resitance as low as possible.
 
my first cycle was 500mg of omna,which is basically sust and I was happy with the results,your friend should be also if his diet is good

that would be sweet if he gained the max of fat, water, and muscle. 75 pounds of weight gained in like 10 weeks. that would kickass! BEEFCAKE!!!
 
matto I ate everything in site including junk food at the advice of a friend (idiot knew I used to be fat and a compulisve overeater) I went from 185 to 240 in 8 weeks, on a little sust and deca. Out of my 55 lbs gain I would say 15, MAYBE 20 of it was actually muscle. I would say 25 lbs of it was fat and the rest water.

An average day was 8000-10,000 calories. How many calories are in 3 large pizza hut pizzas, 1/2 gallon of bluebell cookies and cream, 2 lbs of steak, 3 cups of oatmeal, and 5 protien shakes? I know I ate excatally that on one of those days. God I was stupid, and I hate guys who tell newbies "eat everything you can on your first cycle." Some people never actually get full you know.
 
matto is acting up, everyone here is working out, following a diet and using aas for a perfect body and some for serious bodybuilding. matto just dont answer the question if you're gonna say something useless.
 
BBF: 185 to 240 in 8 weeks? jesus christ dude, thats crazy! i would have loved to see the before and after pictures of that! thats insane.

I went from being nice a lean (I did my first show 15 lbs lighter two weeks before) to looking like jabba the hut. I gained 20 lbs of fat and alot of water.

For real. Why say I have a "friend" who needs advice? Just admit it's you. But, if I were your "friend" wink wink, I would run 500mg / week of sust.
 
What to tell your friend:

"Hey if you have questions about AAS and since I am a newbie and dont know the answer, why dont you go to elitefitness.com and ask them for help. But its ok if you are embaressed to ask, just say you are asking for a "friend"

Your friend should run 500mg/week of some test and can throw in the Deca too at 300mg/wk if he is one of those 'insistent' friends that wont listen to advice that we see a lot of. Run that for 12 wks. If your bud has it, run dbol 30mg/ed for wks 1-4. Nice first cycle.

Am doing 250 a wk for my 1st cycle and I regret it coz I dont see much difference.....I should have gone with 500.
