10days after the last injection do the following...

1000IU HCG MWF for 3wks along with 20mg of nolva every day, then continue the nolva for another 3wks at 40mg every day.

i have Nolva caps, each 10mg, i'm gonna be doing 40mg for the first 14 days and 20mg for the last 15 days, now should i take the 4 caps all one shot or divide them thru out the day?
