My F'n EF mail!! Mods help please!

Got disabled again! This 3 week shit is BS. Can a mod help me get set up, so I don't have to check in every 3 weeks? I didn't even think it had been 3 weeks!

IT WON'T LET YOU USE THE SAME F--N NAME~!!!! It says "sorry that name has already been taken" if it de-activates you the name should automatically be available again if nobody takes it.
