I just got my second bottle of Lipoflame in today (good looks on the quick shipping OMEGA), took 7 caps about 20 mins ago, Im just getting the normal tingly stomach feeling so I know its almost time to workout lol...
As for the AMP, 12 caps is a lot to take down but I find that 8 works very well, maybe better because it doesnt make my stomach feel funny.
Either way, both products are QUALITY!
