Hello im currently doing all the research that i can on my first cycle and i have a couple of questions. About my self im 27 180lbs 5'10" Im at the gym 5 days a week and follow a good died, 6 meals a day, 3 protein shakes and 3 meals consist of steak, rice, veggies. Ive been working out for about 5 years and believe im ready for my first cycle. IM looking to stack Fina and Tren
1.What can i do to keep most of my gains, i would hate to loose 50% of my gains after off the cycle.
2. should i start with a smaller doze and work my way up?
3. IM very lean, anything special i have to do to stay that way?
4. Do i need to eat more?
5. I want to avoid stretch marks, any tips?
I want to end up @ 215lbs. Any input would be appreciated
