my first cylce, need help

Hello im currently doing all the research that i can on my first cycle and i have a couple of questions. About my self im 27 180lbs 5'10" Im at the gym 5 days a week and follow a good died, 6 meals a day, 3 protein shakes and 3 meals consist of steak, rice, veggies. Ive been working out for about 5 years and believe im ready for my first cycle. IM looking to stack Fina and Tren

1.What can i do to keep most of my gains, i would hate to loose 50% of my gains after off the cycle.

2. should i start with a smaller doze and work my way up?

3. IM very lean, anything special i have to do to stay that way?

4. Do i need to eat more?

5. I want to avoid stretch marks, any tips?

I want to end up @ 215lbs. Any input would be appreciated
 
Bro not Tren on a first cycle. Perhaps your research is not quite complete. Just go TestE or C 500mg PW & you could kick start with Dbol 30mg Ed first 4 weeks. At 180 you could prob stack on a bit more mass with say at least 4000cals ED & intense training in the gym before you go down the AAS road.
 
Perhaps cutting down on your training and go to 4 days a week - if you are natural you will definitely need more time to recover. More is not always best and you do grow when resting, not while training - that's only the stimulus.
 
i think u have some more growing to do and i suggest u hold off. fina = tren and i dont recommend it for a 1st cycle.

1) Keep the intensity and cals high during and after pct. plan and execute a good pct.

2) 250mg test/e split into 2 doses of 125mg on Mon & the other on thurs.

3)u could incorporate some cardio during your cycle but u shouldnt be afraid of a little fat gain as u want to eat the maximal amount that your body will use to build muscle. i dont like playing this game it leads to mediocre results imo.

4)YES!!!

5) u cant have your cake and eat it two. if u grow at a fast rate, which is a good thing, this could happen. all of mine have been temporary.

Dont expect to get to 215 in one cycle. this is a marathon not a sprint. u could easily do this natural!

Eat more when you come off of the sauce.


2. should i start with a smaller doze and work my way up?
If its your first use the same dose throughout.

3. IM very lean, anything special i have to do to stay that way?
Diet and cardio

4. Do i need to eat more?
Generally speaking yes, really depends on your goals though.

5. I want to avoid stretch marks, any tips?
Cocoa butter 2 times a day.

I want to end up @ 215lbs. Any input would be appreciated
If its your first cycle do not attempt Tren, try Test if you are going to do it prescribed from a doctor of course. 35lbs from your first cycle is a really high goal, if thats the case you need to eat mass amounts of calories. 15-20lbs is more reasonable with a net of 8-12lbs after depending on how serious you keep your diet after you come off. Also 3 protein shakes do not count as meals. If I'm reading what you wrote correctly you are only eating 3 meals a day. I eat a minimum of 8-10 a day when trying to bulk plus protein shakes on top of that. You need to eat a minimum of 6 meals a day in my opinion (and that doesn't include protein shakes).

at this point im eating every 3 hours. I can start eating every two with starting at 8am and the last meal at 12pm(protein shake) with that would give me 3 shakes and 6 meals.

I want my end result to be 215 and hoping to get there in about 3 cylces over a course of a year.

wow im glad i asked you guys, everyone seems to have the same opinon on Fina on the first cylce.

How come is that, is it to strong?

not really, because the sides are hell at first and if you are not able to tell the difference (by experience with different compounds) you will not know what is is a side and what is a problem.

b/c test is the base of every cycle, you start with test--some bros can't handle it and they need to rethink their future plans. You need to use test, understand the way it works, how it "feels" etc. only then do you add the other things.

gear use is a marathon not a sprint---start w/plain old test and you will grow like a weed (assuming diet/workout/rest/ect is spot on)
