My First Cycle

HI ALL

I'm wanting to start my first cycle and what your opinions on it. First lets start with my stats, i'm a 25yr old male 145 lbs 5'6 bf% not for sure but not high. i've been reading alot about first cycles was thinking of 500mg/wk sus, possilbe adding 400mg eq/week for 8-10 weeks. now also i want to add some anti-e's i know post cycle i will use clomid but how much per day of that? also should i have an anti-e during cycle?

I appriciate any help on this thanks guys

i've been working out for the past two years at least four times a week and have tried to gain the mass i desired through supplements with no resuslts . I also keep a good diet with high protien low fat content and not much carbs...also drink lots of water i mean i cut out good but very hard for me to gain mass

Why are you restricting carbs if you're trying to gain mass. Sounds like diet is your main problem and should be the focus of your attention as opposed to a cycle. AS don't work without proper diet. If it's very hard for you to gain mass you need the carbs and calories to fuel intense workouts, spare amino acids to build and repair muscle tissue, and provide energy for the energy consuming process of building that muscle mass you seek. Obviously your calories are low if you're not gaining and restricting carbs and fats. You have to eat to grow....Not load up on drugs...They only enhance the body's ability to turn food stuffs into muscle mass. Without the nutrients to build muscle it won't be built. Your cycle looks good. You seem to have studied a bit about how to use AS, so put that effort into your diet as well. I would simply stick with 500mg of sust a week for eight weeks. Have nolvadex on hand incase gyno rears its ugly head. In that case take 20mg daily. Run the clomid starting three weeks following your last shot of sust. Start at 100mg/day for a week and then back down to 50mg's/day until your fellas are fully awake. Should take around a month of clomid therapy. Again...Get your diet together. There is absolutely no need for you to be resrticting carbs and fats if you want to gain mass and appear to be ectomorphic. Get your calories up.

start a cycle at least until you get up to 175-180lbs. with sub14%BF. You've got room for MAD growth at your height naturally.
I'm the same height and a was a hard gainer like you describe, until i got the dieting down.

you can't learn to divide before you can add.

I disagree with that. Not everone can get upto 175lbs naturally. I could not break the 155lbs mark no matter what I ate and how i trained. I was eating 6000cals a day and lots of supplements to no avail. He is only 5'6 so he's a rather short guy. I say do the cycle watch your diet and train like a beast, and thing will be just fine. Everyone is built differently.

i was able to make it to 170 5'6" before i stuck. but yeah everyone does have different 'sticking' points. but at 145 5'6" I still say there's room to grow naturally, maybe not to 180.

yeah i agree i need to work on the diet .. i am not planning on starting the cycle for about three months. I just want get the whole thing planned out gbefore i start and have all my ducks in row as they say. i do want to gain some natural gains , make sure body fat isnt to high, make sure i am cut out nauturally before i start the bulking cycle so i dont have to try to work any bf off durring this time.
 
Detail about your current diet. How many cals are you eating a day? How many grams of each macronutrient are you taking in? Are you consistant? How many meals do you eat a day? What does your post training meal consist of? Provide details on stuff like this and it'll be a big help for those of us trying to help you.

Hey Bro you are leaving something out.You are prolly just average build right at this minute. you need to up the carbs $sure and even the protein and you'll grow, roids are not a bandaid for lack of effort or incorrect methods, They are an edge when nothing else works.

when I started workin 1991- I was 5'5" 135lb a senior in HS,
well by 1993 I was 156 and still continued to lift and eat until 1997 when I did my first cycle i was 25 then.Now I am 28 and scalin in @ 192 lb and after this go I should tip it at over 200 for keeps. No thats not a HULK but its respectable mass for a 5'6"
frame and proof that if you put in time and effort you'll grow.

i agree with you bro, but he could add the eq if he wants at 300-400mg a week and run it as many weeks as he would the test.

p.s. by the way good quote bro. thought of that as well but decided to go with the one i have
