My first cycle

I'm 19 years old and planning to do my first cycle. I'm 5'11 at 165 lbs. I've been working out for 2 and 1/2 years. I do not want to blow up right away just stick to safe cycles and gain slowly, any suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
If your goal is to put on some quality muscle and not really "Blow up" then you could try this
Deca or Eq at 300-400mg/week for weeks 1-10
Winny at 25-50mg/Day for weeks 5-10
Start the Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot of Deca or Eq. make sure your diet is solid, Try to get at least 2 grams of Protein per pound of body weight. Hope this helps, e-mail me anytime if you have any questions. Best of luck

Hmm, your 19...well I don't want to preach here but......did I hear you right????????...you want to gain slowly????.....Um, then drink protien shakes and take creatine...... DON"T DO A.S. UNLESS YOU WANT TO GROW.....You only get 1 first cycle where your receptors are fresh and will suck up all the A.S., personaly I wouldn't do it unless ya really want to grow man....anyway sorry for sounding preachy, and good luck to you in whatever you decide...

Train harder for a few more years...........you/re looking for a quick fix, you haven't reached your natural potential yet, not to mention you got so much natural test running through you that you don't need AS.
 
If you want to do a basic cycle with moderate results, I would suggest enathate at 500mg's a week(T200). You'll get results and step it up a notch, but you won't gain a massive amount of weight.
