My First Cycle - Test Cyp. & HCG

I learned a valuable lesson last night, and that's never work out legs the day following a shot! My ass cheek hurt so bad last night that I couldn't sleep on that side and everytime I got up to pee it felt like had a knot/charley horse in my ass cheek. Today it feels better, but only after stretching and walking around alot which of course is hard to do since my legs are hellishly sore from my workout yesterday.

But I'm still stoked and I can't wait till this gear really kicks in and I start to see some size and strength gains. I've definitely noticed an increase in my appetite because I'm hungry all the time even with the up in my calories.

Also after talking with brandonp005 I've decided to start taking my Beastdrol at the beginning of my cycle to help jump start it (even though this is the start of the second week of the cycle). I will also be adding Milk Thistle for liver support.

If anyone has any feedback they'd like to leave or critiques on my diet or workout please feel free! that's why I'm posting my journal!
 
Try and inject abit slower and put a heat pad on it after rubbing out the area , im pretty sure you do this but heat up your gear before you shot .

I haven't heated it up before its normally just at room temp. But I will definitley put it in some warm water next time and see if that helps. Thanks for the advice!
 
another tip that could help the soreness bro is to take a hot bath following your injection...between that, massaging the area and slow injection your soreness should be very mild if any

Here's my Friday (5/29/09) Delt & Tricep Workout. My diet is going great,and I can definitely feel my appetite increasing, but I still haven't had any cravings for none clean food (never really been obsessed with food anyways, always just thought of it as fuel)

Sorry I didn't get that last workout post end over the weekend, but I had a crazy weekend. I was my mom's 50th birthday and we had our Championship hockey game on Sunday which we lost :mad:! I can definitley say I skated my ass off, but as for some of the other players the didn't seem to care all that much which pisses me off. I can tell my legs are getting stronger because I'm skating a lot faster and harder! Man, I love this shit!!:heart:

I had a great workout last night, I can tell I'm getting stronger but it's not coming as fast as I thought it would. Plus the Breastdrol won't probably kick in till next week since yesterday was the end of the first week of taking it.
My dad wanted to start lifting with my a couple weeks ago so that's helped a lot since have someone to help me push up a couple more sets.

Took my 1st shot of week 3 and this time I set the test. cyp. in warm water before the shot and then after rubbing the area for about 3 minutes I hopped into a warm bath. Then after I took a shower I put a heating pad on the area for about 30min on low. And today I have no soreness in the area at all!!!!!!:D:D:D:D

I also got my HCG yesterday and mixed it. I was suppose to take my first shot yesterday but I'm going out of town with the family to visit the inlaws and I didn't want to worry about keeping the HCG in their fridge so I'm going to take the first shot on Wednesday before we leave and next shot with be on Sunday, which is when we get back.

I do have a question about the HCG!
I'm having a hard time understanding the units on the slin pin. The syringe has units marked as 5, 10, 15,......50 and it then says 1/2 ml on the other side of the 50. And I need to take 1/2 ml which the way I did the mixture equals 250iu. Logic would say that .5 ml would mean to fill it up to the 5 but if you compare .5 ml to a normal 3cc syringe then it doesn't seem like enough since the slin pin syringe is so much thinner. So it seems to me that I would fill it up to the 10 but I'm not sure. Can you help!
 
Ok mate the ticks on a 1/2 ml slin are 10units each (on a 1ml slin they are 20 units)100units per ml .
So how much hcg have you got and mixed at what amount of liquid .?
