My First Cycle HGH/Test E! Really looking for advice or abuse :p.

On and Off for the last 2-3 years casually, i work out through summer and lose interest in winter, hopefully this will motivate me!
Mainly i was doing circuits for cardio not really bulking previously, and this year i want to change that.. at the moment im pretty unfit, not over weight or anything.. just got to the point where im getting lazy/winter again.

My Weight 82-85kg
My Height 6ft



The reason i wanted to start out with HGH is because it actually has evidence it can help with crohns on a high protein diet(i suffer from it, but can anyone see where im going? lol).. so i just thought why not see for myself & since its only in studies i cant actually get a prescription for it legally... SO... i say fuck the government, ill get fit and maybe gain a little, get healthier and even bulk up!

If i see real positive effects with just HGH i will probably just stick to it @ 3-4ul per day once i peak for 4-6 months then maybe cut back/stop once i reach a nice size / sculpture.




I plan pre-workout 3-4 weeks getting back into it as hard as possible(diet wise with no drugs to alter how i eat).. + the 1-6 diet plan. THEN starting the following once my gear arrives.




Week 1-6 *Getting Back*

Week 1 - 2ul per day exlude sunday - 12 ul's done
Week 2 - 2ul per day exlude sunday - 24 ul's done
Week 3 - 3ul per day exlude sunday - 42 ul's done
Week 4 - 3ul per day exlude sunday - 60 ul's done
Week 5 - 4ul per day exlude sunday - 84 ul's done
Week 6 - 3ul per day exlude saturday/sunday - 100 ul's done


Week 8-18 *BULK TIME* - TEST E - 250mg per 3.5 days. (NOT SURE ABOUT PCT WILL I NEED IT?)







Diet Plan

Week 1-6 *Getting Fit*

STUFF: 5AM wake up
STUFF: 6AM inject
meal 1:8am: 3-4 eggs and/or 4-8oz fish/chicken and/or small bowl of high protein cereal or bowl of OATS + glass of milk!
meal 2:11am: protein shake + piece of fruit
meal 3:1pm: 2x non processed MEAT+salad sandwhiches
meal 4:3:30pm: protein shake
STUFF: 4:30 WORK OUT + CARDIO 30mins
meal 5:7pm 8oz fish/chicken or 3-4 eggs with a side of salad / veges or whole meal pasta
STUFF: 9pm SLEEP!

SNACKS : Fruits / Nuts / <0.1g Fat Chips or Biscuits in moderation.


Once or twice a week, throw something high in protein with a bit of fat to keep my sane..

I'm pretty adamant on doing it and have decided to not go oral now and grow some balls(or maybe shrink them :p). I am basically posting here in hopes you guys can give me some advice.. I use scoobys work out shop for most of my routines if that matters, he seems cool and does everything with good form. Also, sorry for the extremely long post, i wanted to get fairly detailed and take it pretty seriously since its my first time.

You need to taylor your diet to Chron's Disease

Thanks for the quick reply man! I'm glad you know what you're talking about, to be honest my crohns has been pretty kind to me and most high protein foods or any foods for that matter dont really effect me i just have a narrow join from my large intestine to small intestine and it gets blocky if i dont eat right... alcohol and smoking does mess with it, but i definitely don't need that in my life now that im 26.

As for the diet and my cycle, does that seem sensible? If HGH has any beneficial effect to my crohns i will just stay on it and skip the TEST E.
 
so your only planning on running the hgh for the first 6 weeks??? cause thats a bad idea. You cant just run hgh and hope for good results. HGH is one of the best for bodybuilding, but most extreme hormones for injection. Why dont you worry about consistency in the gym year round before you start permanent growth. You also need to stack more peptides with your hormones as well as other hormones/insulin to take affect of the hgh. Dont get me wrong, youll see lil gain, but not much from the low dosage of hgh your taking with the low amount of test for the short amount of time. Even if its gonna be 18 weeks of hgh, not long enough. Min of 6-8 months at 4-5 IUs per dday will give you a lean look....
You really need to reconider the thought of hgh.... Plus your a young guy... just take something to increase your natural GH levels in the body.

Im going to check into what you should have your dose at for the crohns.... Lemme talk to some friends when i go to work later tonight.... Got a long night ahead with 4 surgeries, and ill see what some of the specialist say about your dasage and choice of test.
My suggestion, your not ready for hgh. Your ready for hgh when you dont have to ask advice on how to set up your cycle. Research!!

Yep, the reasoning for the 6 week HGH was purely to see if the studies on it effecting crohns were accurate since i suffer from it... I understand i wouldnt see muscle results til after a few months though its possible to see positive effects to crohns disease with in that time frame... i understand physically it isnt the best option though for my health im willing to try it out to see how it go's.... and if it helps me, ill stick with it, if not, i was planning on hitting test E to bulk... The Last thing he needs is insulin, so don't mention it again.(we don't discuss it on these forums)Also at your age HGH is going to do very little, if you run anything i would pick test Cypionate and see how your body handles that!

I know i can put weight on, I know i need to keep eating right and keep motivated, I've done it before and put on a bit the last few years, I just want a little more motivation and quicker results i guess you could say to keep me motivated this time around..


I can get test 10ml/vial 200mg/ml which says average dose 250-1000mg/week - Im not sure how their calculations work, but the way that works a 10ml vial @200mg would mean if i wanted 600mg a week would i need 2, 1.5ml injections? Or am i not reading that right... also what cycle would you suggest i run for a first time test C with a very controlled diet/workout plan.

Ok after further looking..

12 Weeks, 400mg of TEST C. (200mg every 3.5 days.)

Around 3000 calories per day

16 days AFTER i want to do a PCT, could i have some advice on that? Will i need one?... also, what can i do to prevent gyno or what should i get incase it happens?
