My first cycle advice + PCT questions

Hey all just after some feedback on my first cycle and help with PCT, the cycle I'm currently looking at doing is this:

Week 1-4: test E 500mg (250mg monday/thursday) / dbol 25mg ED / .5mg Arimidex ED
Week 5-12: test E 500mg (250mg monday/thursday) / .5mg Arimidex EOD
PCT:??

I'm not sure what to do for my PCT atm all i can get my hands on is clomid would that be enough or do i need nolva also? Another thing would 25mg dbol be sufficient or is the dose to low and should i up it? And finally is arimidex dosed correctly as I've read mixed thoughts were some state to use it at .25mg and others say .5mg. Also when taking DBOL, do i have to take it everyday including the days i do not train (Saturday Sunday)?

Btw some info about me I'm 23, 185cm, 79kg, been going to the gym for about 3 years on and off (taken about 1 month break at least twice a year), My friend will also be on the same cycle and his 24 Male, Height is 165cm, and weight is 70kg.

what is your diet and routine like..

you might be a bit underweight

cycle is good.. make sure you have all your supps and pct in hand before you start
 
Some people take a-dex at .5 and some people at .25. Depends what your taking it for, and how prone you are to gyno. If your trying to gain as much as possible, and your not worried about a little bit of water weight, then you shouldnt take the a-dex while on your cycle, unless you run into gyno problems. It will just minimize your gains. For pct, you can take nolva and clomid, but your going to feel like straight shit more than likely. Before you start your cycle, get some hcg, your arimidex, daa, and unleashed/post cycle. Include all of those into your pct, and also do hcg 250iu 2x week starting week 6 of your cycle, and if needed, all the way through pct. That's the way I would do it.

Thanks for that!, yeah i do not mind water weight so i might use A-dex if i run into gyno, this is my first cycle so i do not know what to expect. Also HCG is legal right? and what are the advantages of running it from week 6 rather than the end of my cycle? also can you explain what 250iu means? thanks for your help appreciate it

My diet is shit atm, im planning on eating at least 4000 calories a day, i was 84kgs however cut out all softdrink, junk food from my diet and that caused me to drop down to 79, i lost a cm or two from my stomach so im guessing most of the weight i lost was fat.

Do you think ill be alright using 30mg or DBOl for my first cycle?
 
Personal opinion is you dont need gear, if you inssist in using something look a needto site and get some dieselbolan or hella or beast and do a cycle of those before you touch gear since you diet isnt the best i see from your post, just safer and cheaper!

But if you insist on gear go on it hard! :)
 
Post up a typical week in the gym, plus a typical daily diet OP.

This will help us help you immensely.
