Very nice little chart set up. I've been told there's no need to pyramid down with Clen due to its 36 hour 1/2 life. People only need to when running T3 with it. I say go up to 80mcg... or even if you like it at 60mcg keep it there and bump up slightly if your body gets used to it, ect.
I'm a firm beliver in using the least amount of compound(s) for the best results... don't go up to 130mcg if you dont' need to ya know?
I stopped running clen at 70 mcg... then went on a plane, vaca for 10 days kept up with Taurine, water, potassium and was perfectly normal the next few days... I know metabolites of clen were still around my system i'm sure but i'll probably be "clean" from it next week and plan to give it a go again.
3 -5 Grams of Taurine... easy to do with the powder T cuz 1/4 teaspoon is 1 gram (I believe.. don't quote me, it's from memory and off the AF store bottle). I used the GNC brand caps of Taurine for when I was on the go, easy to pop than mix a solution up.
1.5 grams of Potasium
Gluc-R: Says to take 1 cap / 30 grams of carbs, if you're not taking in many carbs (no clue what your diet ratios will be)... just pop it with a meal.
T-Rex... yup, a good thing to use as the 2+ weeks off phase, that's what i'm doing. I pop 2 at a time... work your tolerance up, or keep at 3 a day, whatevers best for ya.

Oh and Great job on the 26 lbs bro!! Nice gain!! Take progress photos for yourself at the biggest... it's really neat to look back and track your own progress even if you're not going to post them.
