My first Clen Cycle

Here is the layout of my mcg dosages.

1. 20mcg/40mcg
2. changed to*40mcg*/40mcg
3. 40mcg/40mcg
4. 40mcg/60mcg
5. 60mcg/60mcg
6. 60mcg/60mcg
7. 80mcg/80mcg
8. 80mcg80mcg
9. 100mcg/100mcg
10. 60mcg/80mcg
11. 40mcg/60mcg
12. 40mcg/60/mcg
13. 20mcg/40mcg
14. 20mcg/40mcg

2nd day i am going to take 40mcg since I was about to take 20mcg 4pm in the afternoon and still got a good nights rest.

The 2nd dosages are after my first 2 weeks and after the 2 weeks off. On my off weeks I will take Basic Cuts.

Day 1 20mcg

Just taken my 20mcg dosage, the taste is very.. Harsh. Kind of like drinking vodka straight up. But the 20mcg wasn't a big volume so it was a quick squirt, burn then chase with water. Took 2grams of taurine with it as well.

*update*

arm pits are getting slightly sweaty and other spots on my body, wow this shit is very potent in my body!! heart beating faster then usual:), I played my drumset and wow my body got red hot.. my arms were turning red and felt like they were burning up. I got slight shakes when I was typing and on my cell phone texting but nothing too big. no cramps yet. Tommorow I will be doing 20mcg again!


Another question is it neccessary to taper off or can I go up to the max dosage I can handle and chill there.

Nice bro... i'm on Day 2 of Clen first timer also! Liqui Clen I assume is what you're using because you stated the taste is harsh, lol... yup... nothing like grain alcohol in the morning!

Why 2 grams of Taurine at once in the morning?
 
Yup LiquiClen from AG of course! Definitely like grain alcohol haha. So far so good. Would it be better to spread the Taurine through the day?

Just a question, I read that Clen is not anticatabolic in humans but only animals. I read that Albuterol, almost the same thing as clenbuterol is anti-catabolic in humans . Wouldn't that make ALB more better to use for body fat dropping? Why is it not more popular then Clen if it is anticatabolic?

Correct me if i'm wrong.
 
HotBabe : I have not tried Clen in the tab/pill form so I can not comment regarding the differences there. But I can say that users have stated the Liqui Clen is much better (in terms of Potentcy and Price/mcg). One bottle lasts... several (6 maybe, don't quote me though) cycles.

No... it IS grain alcohol bro :) The drug doesn't disolve and stay suspended in water... they use alcohol for most all of their products except 1 or 2.

Humans are infact mammals, so I do not know what to tell you there. Anecdotal evidence states otherwise, that's for sure (for clen being anti-catabolic).
 
Liquid clen is very good but so are certain brands of pills.One reason i use pills and liquid is it's easier to throw some pills in your pocket if your gonna be gone rather than carry a bottle around. People do tend to really jack the price up on the tabs also. I usually use around 3-5 grams per day of taurine when on clen.

No... it IS grain alcohol bro :) The drug doesn't disolve and stay suspended in water... they use alcohol for most all of their products except 1 or 2.

I'm going to have to check up on the Taurine... for specifics.

Ah okay, No wonder. :).

But I believe the study was on rats (?) that it was anticatabolic for them and they its as well as anabolic but this isn't a factor for humans. not exactly sure. Im still wondering about the Albuterol. Is it equal in fat burning to clen or less?

The taurine helps with the cramps. I noticed cramps immediately.

As far as tampering off...I read it both ways. I didn't taper off since it was in and out of my system in a few days.
 
Day 2 40mcg

Shakes were a bit increased but at certain times like when I went to type something in my calculator or when I would try to draw trying to be percise. When i first took the 40mcg my heart was racing and I started to feel hot inside and cold outside. But it all subsided. Im half way through the day and I just got home. My arms pits are soaked!!! Its definitely the clen its pretty chilly outside and i came home with soaked armpits. I didnt even know they were sweaty!!! Took 1.5g of taurine this morning about to take around 1gram now. Tommorow I'll do 40mcg again.
 
lol... this is interesting having someone else going through the same steps!

I'm in the same boat bro! It's strange huh? Yeah... it's about 27*F outside where I am today... but still sweating but extremities feel "chill."
 
Haha! Dude I just got doing my practice/jam session on my drumset and wow, my ass part of my boxors are soaked.. I got to take a shower before I go out tonight!
 
Man I absolutely love clen so far, Im going 40mcg tommorow. I did a little cheat today with a crunch wrap supreme at taco bell. Theres a hunch punch party tommorow :(((( DANG but I won't drink.. Im staying sober my whole cutting cycle.
 
Day 3 40mcg

Shakes still there when I type or try to type a text message on my cellephone. Slight headaches. Increased heart rate. Ive been in bed for most of the day because its raining outside and I got nothing to do but no worries still eating clean. I will jump to 60mcg tommorow.

My Update: Didn't sleep much at all, woke up about 4 am with my heart Pounding... sucked ass. Rehydrated, popped taurine, potassium and was able to fall back asleep... it was very strange. We'll see how it goes today/tonight. I have some ideas, but i'm not taking it today letting my system chill for a day after last night.

What time are you taking it? My advise (if you aren't already doing so), is take it early morning. When I did, it was usualy right after PT.

I ask because I had trouble sleeping nor did I have most of the conditions noted so far. I even hit about 180 mcg buy day 7 and stayed there until day 14. Not too mention that I didn't break it up. It was 0900 everyday liek clockwork.

Day 4 60mcg

Still doing good, a little bit more shakes.. less of a headache.. my bad sides are starting to fade away and my body is getting used to it. increased heartrate. I need to get a thermometer soon so i can check my body temperature. Tommorow I will do 60mcg again.

I dropped some noticable BF from my entire body. I still need to continue dieting and so forth to drop a little excess around my mid section. I feel and look "tighter." If that makes any sense at all :p

As soon as the second week of "rest" passes, I plan to add T3 to the mix and hopefully continue to progress. I never thought I'd ever have to go this route...it's just I hit a brick wall and it helped me a little; although, I still need to eat more to also get over this hump - as noted in a previous thread).

Great! Seems like your body's adjusting. I'm not expert, but I think I adjusted around the same time, maybe a day or so earlier.
 
When I get on my 2 weeks off I will be taking thermorexin, I am also at the moment taking sesapure and bcaa's+g @ 20-30grams a day.

that because I gave it up for 2 days after it scared the shit outa me that night... back on at 20mcg this morning. Shaky right now... wicked sensative to this stuff. And i'm usually fine with stimulants (adderall, thermorexin' take 2 at a time... ect).

Any noticeable results, ect... progressing?
 
Day 5 60mcg

Shaking still, I think my body is adjusting. Im still able to sleep perfectly. I didn't sweat at all like I did at my earlier dosages but then again the weather is getting a little more chilly then before but sometimes I get these "wet spots" around certain parts of my body that feels kinda cold but warm at the same time.

As the results

Im not too sure. I noticed my puffy nipples has reduced and my arms are more vascular my midsection might of slimmed down but its still early in the cycle.
 
Yeah dude, Hopefully it won't be that cold tonight so I can actually do some "REAL" cardio. Instead I just been lifting but I still noticed some fat loss buts its been raining and FREEZING all week I hate it!
 
Yeah it sucks, I try doing jumping jacks or something to at least do something but when I do jumping jacks I get a KILLER cramp in my abdominal area and I have to stop it hurts way to much. Its not clen related because its always been like this for the past 2 weeks. I dont know whats up with that. But jumping jacks get me sweating a storm only if i didnt get that cramp doing it!!!!!!! i wonder it could be!!!

Tommorow I am going to do 80mcg, wow I can't believe I am getting this high up already. Oh well getting near to my 1st week. I'll try to get a after pic at the end of my 2nd week or after the off week.

i gave a fuck you to the weather and went in shorts and a sweater and ran a mile.. wow my heart rate is going fasttttttttttttt its turbo speed.

lol... 80 mcg seems undoable for me, we'll c... i'm doing 20 mcg again tomorrow then it's bump to 30 mcg.

I read somewhere that using the dropper like I was could have been off by as much as + 40 mcg .... that would have been a jump from 10 mcg to 80 mcg... that would make sense why I felt the way I did.

Just wondering, I had a few doubts using my 3cc oral syringe since it was really hard to measure but yeah i think im good :). So are you going to cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off on clen till you run out or so?

I think I am going to run 3 2 weeks on 2 weeks off then go on a really strong thermogenic possible a ephedra product and cut some more bodyfat with that then finish it off with a YES+CLEN combo.
 
Oh gotcha. I'm using a 1cc oral syringe... things tiny, Accurate though :)

I'm going to run it until the 23rd of Jan.... then i'm gone for 10 days. And then I'll access my situation depending on my diet and training while i'm on a sabatical out of the country. Taking my Rexin' with me for appetite supression so I don't eat a whole cow.... i'd be on a constant bulk if I had a low bf %, lol.

oh, and i'm using YES right now too, hoping it'll stimulate that stubborn old fat that's been there forever.

I hope my bags don't get searched... I wonder what they'll do?

Im just a bit concerned.. my 3cc syringe has a contour on the rubber part. Should I measure out to the contour part or to the "rubber line" the contour goes out a bit farther then the rubber line but it seems like it allows less liquid for a accurate measurement. gr lol oh well clen is doing great for me either way!!
 
eh, guesstimate that part... don't get too anal about being exactly on. You may be +/- .000009 mcg, lol.

Excellent.... we'll c how i feel today on another 20 mcg... if all goes well, it's up to 30 mcg tomorrow or 40 mcg if I feel ambitious (probably).
 
Day 6 80mcg
The shakes are now noticable I was drinking some powerade trying to get hydrated and my leg started shaking bad haha!. I dont really feel a heat anymore. but who knows. my vascularity has improved greatly!!! can't wait to finish my 2nd week and order some t-rex while im at it

I have... no sure if it's attributed directly to the clen, or due to fat slowly being stripped off the muscle?

Day 7 80mcg again

Good, shakes were okay. I dont really feel that heat thing anymore but the sweat still comes at random times.
 
My appetite is still BEAST... i need to find something to kill it, cuz not even Thermo slows my appetite anymore.

I like having no appetite and reminding myself to eat... just easier that way for me I guess.

Do you struggle with appetite surpression? Or does it not bother you?


damn it, I want a huge 12 ounce filet mignon right now! :evil:
 
My appettite is NO trouble at all its more of cravings that get me, I find it hard as hellt o eat 2,500 calories a day.. I hate walking around all day with a packed bloated stomach. But when I see something that appealingly looks good i'll gourge on it. not sure what works on cravings but my appettite is pretty controled.

i could go for some abs right now :(

I decided to start carb cycling today is my high carb/loading and tommorow is as well. I will try to reach 250 on high carbs. 100-125 on mid carb and no carb ill stay below 50 this should help me break the metabolism barrier and burn fat faster.


Just got back from running a mile or so. Sweating a storm and its pretty chilly out there.

Day 8 80mcg

didnt do much today was a rest day and a high carb day (yeah i know :/ er miscalculations ) shaking wasn't too bad, no cramps.. a bit of heat but not much. Taking 100mg Benadryl to recover receptors. I might have burned them out from ramping up too quickly? Changed my mind and now going for a 3 weeks on 3 weeks off (gives me more time to buy my t-rex and more time to lose fat on clen but the benadryl repairs receptors so you can stay on it longer. I will go up to 120mcg then slowly taper back to around 40mcg then go on t-rex for 3 weeks etc).

I'm hot as shit... actually, just sittin' in the nude at my pc, in my home LOL... ZERO :rainbow:ness intended... that's how hot I am right now, just got back from the gym though. All day at work in my more formal clothes I was sweating quite a bit.

today was ~50mcg

tomorrow 60 mcg

I have yet to experience cramps.

Dude I wish I was burning up like that!! It would just motivate me even more. Im not sure if I should keep going up. Im not receiving that much heat anymore but the shakes are still coming and I can tell i begin to sweat at random times and way quicker then usual. I was talking to my friend and I was like wow. im so glad it isn't the summer.


I think I might of burned my receptors a bit by tapering up too quick so when I go back on my cycle I will go way slower. I'm going to start taking some benedryl to revive it.


I forgot to report that im getting pretty intense jaw muscle cramps but the taurine and water fixes it!

Day 9 80mcg

I will be mixing 1,500mcg's of liqui clen to a full bottle of lipoderm and giving that a run. I did a research on this and it seems like a sick transdermal solution.

Interesting. Will clens' oral bioavailability be an issue... what I mean is, basically going straight to the blood stream is different. Beneficial.... or harmful? I dunno... just curious what you found on that.

I've done some pretty nice research on the avantlabs forum and even avantlab rep's said it was highly effective and can double skin fold results. It sounds promising and I'm pretty sure its effective myself. I can't wait to try it out. I might do 3,000mcg's just to be on the good side. Remember Lipoderm-Ultra not Y I forgot why but yeah if you ever decide on it. It has WAY less side-effects but you can still burn out your receptors in that area. so benadryl is helpful to maintain them.
 
Day 10 80mcg

Jumping to 100mcg tommorow, WAY less shakes today. Been taking benadryl 100mg to maintain receptors since day 7 will take it till day 14 then go off and finish my 3rd and final week then go on a 3 week off period with t-rex. My arms are TOTALLY wayyyy more vascular.. They are like pumped with veins when i type, brush my teeth and just standing around!!! before I would have to lift a few weights or do a big activity they just burst out with veins without doing shit and im loving the definition ive gotta in my legs and arms but my mid section.. i cant really tell. i would have to look at pictures but my puffy nipples has gone down.

To be honest I haven't been taking ANY potassium supplements at all. Just taurine. Ive been taking 3-5grams of taurine depends on my dosage and how much cramps I am getting the previous day. I can't really afford potassium at the moment the only time I get it is from banana's and thats on my high carb days.
 
1/4 tsp of taurine powder (from AF) is 1 gram... .really easy to get 3 - 5 grams in when it's powder form.

Don't forget it's not just for cramps (which I have yet to get any) it's for our livers. I don't remember EXACTLY.. but there's a conversion that happens there with the drug and taurine helps protect it I believe.

There's a bro on here that ran clen and didn't take Taurine, and had blood test after clen... his liver values were way off.

Potassium i get about 1 - 1.5 grams a day.

Clen: 60 mcg today... 70 mcg tomorrow.

I suggest reading a post in the AAS forum on Clen and Benadryl :) If you'd like to keep running clen... take some benedryl to keep the beta 2's fresh!
 
I got cramps for the first time last night, got up took potassium and taurine... passed back out.

70 mcg down the hatch this morning.

I've added it to my pill swallowing regemin. I eat bannans some days too, but trying to watch my figure, lol.

GNC brand... i just went to the store and picked some up. < $5 / bottle of 100 @ 99mg / tab I belive.
 
Day 11-12 100mcg

wow 100mcg not that bad, not as much shakes. I got a strong tolerance for clen. Ive been taking Benadryl 100mg before bed since day 7 its great because it helps me get some good as sleep and i wake up refreshed I miss a day or 2 on my benadryl thing so im going to keep taking it till day 15. Im happy of the results so far. On day 21 my final day I will post measurements and possibly pictures if I can find the digital cam.
 
Day 13 100mcg

shakes stil there not that bad, not really feeling the heat today. Going out to do some cardio in a hour or so. I do still have an increase in heartrate. Tommorow I will be tapering down to 80mcg. I had a slight binge because of mcdonalds god damn it!!! My bro gave me one of his medium fries and I already had a okay okay cheat meal with just 5pc chicken selects and medium fries. Damn it 1,200 calories of shit. Oh well, The diet will be strict of the remaining 1 week and my 3 weeks off will be extremely strict. I think I changed my mind and decided to go on EC and YC (Rotating them since I heard E and Y together could be harmful). I think I might try to the Clen HCL + Lipoderm Ultra solution on my final 3 weeks of cutting. 2 more days of benadryl for me then im cutting it out. Just got back from a cardio session. My custom version of HIIT, since it is pretty intense for me especially on CLEN. Sweated like a pig and its 50 degrees outside. My heart was beating out of my chest haha, I could hear it beat in my head. Slight cramps in my hamstrings and in my abdomen area (abs were cramping up, wierd huh). But some taurine would fix that. I wouldn't blame it because I only taken 2g of taurine and its alright 7:30pm !!

You should take about 50-100mg's of Benadryl each day of the 2nd week if your doing 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. It helps get you GOOD sleep as well because sometimes clen can affect that depending on the time of dosage and the amount. It doesn't really matter how much mcg's, you take it on the 2nd week because clen begins to lose its effect on the 2nd week and well you can take benadryl to keep it up and fresh to continue on to the 3rd week. I think its more better then doing 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. More time for the clen to help burn fat! Remember its only the icing on the cake. The diet has to be in check!. Remember to be intaking 3-5grams of taurine, Potassium shouldnt be a big deal. A banana here and there for me, not really experiencing major cramps at all or none to all. Drink enough water as well. I'm really loving the Liquiclen so far, its absolutely great help! I got a few comments at my weekend party spots like "wow you lost weight?" "your face has gotta smaller and more tan!" haha, great stuff. But Im still having trouble with the midsection slightly I think the yohimbine will knock that out.

My results have been pretty great, small to no change on the scale but change in vascularity and definition.

You can take it all the way through the cycle but if you do, you should get the pure form ketotifen, which is the same as taking benadryl but more convient. The 2nd week because clen supposedly looses its affects after the 2nd week and refreshing it means you can continue onto the 3rd week.

Sweating like a bitch when I did cardio inside the house holy crap.. Its been around 10-20mins since I stopped and sweat just keeps on coming and coming man!!! shakes were so so today, nothing new.. im getting leaner though!
 
Day 15 80mcg

Shakes got a little noticable today for some reason, everything else is doing good. my puffy nipps is less noticable through a shirt now!!

last day taking benadryl, Did a little cheat for the first time in a long time.. drank a few beers but im good. Taking some BCAA's, NAC and ate a good protein meal before bed to not loose muscle.. tommorow im droppiung to 60mcg.
 
Day 17 and 18 60mcg/off

yesterday was okay, nothing extreme shakes are going away slight,

today i wont be loading clen because its 4pm and i just got home from a friends house.

I'll weight my self in the morning tommorow and report back.
 
I weighed in it 161lbs today, but I dropped .5 inches off my waist!! in only 2 weeks and so and so days not bad!! increased muscle hardness and vascularity. its doing good so far. ordered my ecy stuff to run my 3 weeks off.


day 19 60mcg

slight barely noticeable shakes.
 
Day 20 and 21 @ 60mcg

Weighed in this morning at 160lbs. So I droped 2lbs of IMO PURE FAT during these 3 weeks. NO indication at all of muscle loss only fatloss. Sucks tommorow I won't have my ecy stack in but it should be in soon. I might continue my log with the ecy stack or come back when im 3 weeks off and then 3 weeks on.
 
Day 24 @ E - 25mg C - 200mg Y - 5mg

Got my ECY supplements from BN, quick delivery only took 2 days!!! I just popped the pills, awaiting the effect of the supplement. Im kinda more worried about taking ECY then CLEN!! Haha! I might just rotate YC and EC but what are you guys opinion on running ECY together? My weight is at 160lbs. Looking leaner :)

By the way, I got an awesome compliment!!!. I was at walmart and saw a girl I knew and she was like wow, your getting buffer man. I laughed because I havent even gained muscle (or maybe I have) or maybe my definition has improved :P.

2 hours later, body heat raised.. i can feel my heart beating haha. the heart rate is kinda going at the speed of when i was on clen.

My face is way leaner, its really firm and soid.. before i started the cycle it was puffy. my puffy nips are reducing. I woke up this morning and noticed some new lean spots :).


*edit* this shit has killed my appettite im having a hard time eating :(

Clen definitely made me a believer. Its the icing on the cake, the cake is your diet and cardio. It definitely helps ALLOT. I think i'm going to keep doing cycles untill I reach my goal bf% or untill I finish the bottle. Then when I finish each cycle I will take heart supplements for safety reasons. I might want to try albuterol since it has less heart complications and has the same effects.

^^ Please ellaborate... I'm interested in both of those for sure. What heart supplements are you thinking of? And have you done albuterol research? I need to look into that as well.

P.S. Back from my hiatus... kept up with Taurine... still taking 1-2 grams a day while "off" Clen right now... taking my Thermos, started today with those. Back on Clen next week most likely.

I just want to insure that my heart is in its better state while not taking clen so it can "recover". I am still doing research on a stack for it. I have done quite a bit of albuterol research, its shown that it is way safer on the heart and less shakes are experienced but i read logs and they said its basically clen without the nasty side effects.

I dont see how people can take this 3-4 times a day, wow haha. I can only manage it in my schedule twice a day. To be honest the effects become more noticable after the second dosage and my heart starts to beat out of my chest (checked it and its not irregular etc), i get a little heat sweats behind my knees, arm pits, back, ass (when i sit down). To be honest since i started this cycle, my abs are starting to show but i still got that lower tire wrapped about my lower mid section it sucks, i noticed that my love handles and back fat has reduced. Im finally seeing what I want to see. I expect to reach my goal before the summer (working slowly). I probably lost like 2% muscle (exaggeration), I think I even gained muscle the gain has only moved a deduction of 2-3 lbs Some days I am 160 some days I am 161. I started at 162. Im pretty sure the lb or two i lost were pure fat :).

Holy crap, I was standing up stretching then i look in the mirror and noticed my side hip handles are gone and its basically hip bone, caught me off gaurd i didnt notice!! now i gotta get rid of my lower back fat and mid section and chest fat :PP

Im cutting a 12-week planned cycle short due to some very unfortunate circumstances. I finished up week 7 of a 520Test/500Deca per week run and I am now moving into my PCT for roughly a month.

Im going to start cutting real soon.

I have put on 26 pounds in the last 3.5 months, and have gone up from 6.8% bodyfat to just below 10.4%.

I now weigh 208 and I am 6'2"

I have a bottle of LiquiClen, Some L-Taurine, Sesapure, CardioBreeze, Thermorex, Glucerol and YES.

So I have been looking around the boards trying to find a lot of relevant information on what possibly would be the best way to stack all of those. That is how I stumbled upon this thread which has been very informative. You both deserve a nice *golf clap*!

This is my tenative outline for what I intend to take. As I gather more information of course, this could and most likely will change.

2-week Clen cycle

Very nice little chart set up. I've been told there's no need to pyramid down with Clen due to its 36 hour 1/2 life. People only need to when running T3 with it. I say go up to 80mcg... or even if you like it at 60mcg keep it there and bump up slightly if your body gets used to it, ect.

I'm a firm beliver in using the least amount of compound(s) for the best results... don't go up to 130mcg if you dont' need to ya know?

I stopped running clen at 70 mcg... then went on a plane, vaca for 10 days kept up with Taurine, water, potassium and was perfectly normal the next few days... I know metabolites of clen were still around my system i'm sure but i'll probably be "clean" from it next week and plan to give it a go again.

3 -5 Grams of Taurine... easy to do with the powder T cuz 1/4 teaspoon is 1 gram (I believe.. don't quote me, it's from memory and off the AF store bottle). I used the GNC brand caps of Taurine for when I was on the go, easy to pop than mix a solution up.

1.5 grams of Potasium

Gluc-R: Says to take 1 cap / 30 grams of carbs, if you're not taking in many carbs (no clue what your diet ratios will be)... just pop it with a meal.

T-Rex... yup, a good thing to use as the 2+ weeks off phase, that's what i'm doing. I pop 2 at a time... work your tolerance up, or keep at 3 a day, whatevers best for ya.

I think i've hit most of the points...

Oh and Great job on the 26 lbs bro!! Nice gain!! Take progress photos for yourself at the biggest... it's really neat to look back and track your own progress even if you're not going to post them.

Day/Dosage
1-3: 20mgs
4-6: 40mgs
6-8: 60mgs
9-11: 80mgs
12-14: 100mgs

I dont know if I can go up to 100 or not so we will just have to feel it out as I go.

Also as far as takin pics. Im still 10 pounds shy of the biggest I ever was when I was playing football in college. Thats really what got me started again. I have a few of my old teammates playing Arena League ball and they have been on my ass to come try out for the last 3 years. I decided I would try to get myself into game-shape and then evaluate whether or not I wanna give it a run or not ;)

Good good :) didn't nap in my classes today, mmm its great. nothing else to report other then my double kick speeds are quick as shit now (unrelated)
 
i use a double kick pedal that has two beaters, i can't afford two bass drums and dont have the room for it :/

Anyone have any ideas for meals that can last for 5-6 hours, i got classes for a long period of the day and i need something to keep my anabolic. Im going to take 2-3 servings of bcaa's+g and i dont know what kind of solid meal i should eat with this.

A mini cooler... or just some ice over anything use a ziplock bag for the ice and put that over the food in a tupperwear container.

Veggies or meats won't kill you unless they are being put in a very hot enviorment for that period of time.

I cant bring anything at all, basically my breakfast is the only thing that is put in my stomach for that 6-7 hours :/

Well, I am starting to sweat like a bitch, more then I did on clen. The crashes at the end of the day aren't that bad so its good. I got good positive feedback about my weight from some girl that is visiting. my puffy tits barely show through shirts anymore now like it did before. my stomach is trimming down but there is some lose skin on there but hopefully it'll tighten up when i lose the rest of the fat there. I so stoked because my puffy tits barely show through my shirt now and it actually looks like a chest :)
