My First Clen Contact

A few days ago I tried Clenbuterol, I started with 40mcg, the first day I got a mild jittery (nothing out of control) and a mild heart beats, but the worst was the headache, I got a BIG headache, I had to go bed and slept for 2 hours after that the headache went away almost completely but I couldn't train, the second day I took my dose 40mcg again, but this time I took Tylenol to counteract the headache, It works, no headache, I could train. Next 2 day I didn't take the clen, I used Ephedra at 50mg per day, on the fifth day I started with clen again, this time I upped the dose, I took 80mcg at two separated doses, also the tylenol, this day no heaqdaches but I felt VERY tired, I had to slept for about 2 hours and I wanted to sleep more, also I couldn't train this day. After this I decided that clen it's not for me and I give up. I got some of the "normal" clen sides (hr acceleration, jitters, headache), but also made me feel very sleepy and tired, also I felt that It cut my appetite, that's something I haven't read of. Comments on this. Has someone else experienced this clen sides? Ideas on how to overcome them?
As info: I took Taurine at 5MG/day.
 
I tried Clen when i starting cutting mainly for the anti-catabolic effects of the product.

IMHO overall, it's not worth it after furthur research on it.

Far after I discountinued the use of it, i've continued to put on LBM and loose fat with proper diet and training.

Takes hard work, but it's often the safest route to where one wants to be.

P.S. Jumping to 80mcg isn't the best way to go about using Clen.

First time users should start with 20mcg and work their way up slowly also.

I reccomend doing ALOT of research here in the forums if you're going to use it again... you're Plat, use the Search feature :)

I've done a lot of research too, my conclusion is that most of the people that use it, use T3 also.

You're right in the past I got good results throught diet and exercise alone, I only wanted a boost, but clen is not what I wanted.

I think I won't use it again!!

That sounds like the first three days I was on my first clen cycle, last two weeks, after that all the sides went away and yes the headaches were the worst. I had good results with it and plan on another after two weeks this time with 25mg of T3 ED.
