Whats up fellas? I am new to this particular board...but not to the game. I am 22 y/o..been lifting consistently for 6 years now. I have made the decision to hit the gas. I am 5'10 195 lbs. w/ around ~13% bodyfat. I consume roughly 3500 calories and keep my diet clean consisting of 6 meals a day. I have been plateauing over the last 6 months in my "core" lifts of Bench/Deadlift/Power Cleans/Squats. I have dropped 30 lbs. of fat since January.
I will be taking Test E 300 mg/ml for 12-14 weeks.
For Ancilaries I have Arimidex, Nolvadex, and HCG 500iu 2x/week
Week 1-12: Test Enth 300mg 2x/week = 600 mg of Test...(Injections every 1st and 4th Day)
Week 4-8: Dianabol 30mg/day
Week 14-15: Nolvadex 40 mg/day
Week 16-17: Nolvadex 20 mg/day
Any suggestions welcome.
