My First Beast Cycle

Going to run a 4 week Beast cycle starting tomorrow. My stats are 52 years old, 5' 11". 235 lbs, 19 % bf, weightlifting experience 27 years in both competitive bodybuilding and power lifting.just got back into lifting 2 months ago after taking 10 year lay off from working out.Dropped 22 lbs since I started training again 8 weeks ago.Cardio every day for 45 min. Weght traing 4 times a week. Squats,legs and calves on Mon, Chest and tris on Tues, off Wed ,Shoulders and traps on Thur, Deadlifts and back on Fri, Sat and Sun off.Diet is 350 grams protien, 70-80 gr carbs 25 grams fat, I am on TRT at 200 mg test cyp a week, 125 iu HCG twice a week and armidex ,25 mg 3 times a week. Going to run 30 mg beast a day split up,Weeks 1-4, 450 mg of cyp weeks 1-8, cycle support 2 srvings a day weeks 1-4, Erase 3 caps daily split up weeks 5-8,Formeron daily weeks 8-12,Formula X 1 serving a day weeks 8=12, HCG 2 times a week 250iu 1-12, Armidex 1 mg Mon wed and Fri weeks 1-12.Back to my normal TRT starting week 13 and I will have blood work done a couple of weeks after that. My goal 1s to hit 240 at 15% bf.
 
6 am, 1 scoop syntha 6 protien powder with 1 serving cycle support, 1 serving oatmeal and 6 egg whites......52 gr protein, 39 gr carbs, 6 gr fat, 412 cals......1 tab beastdrol with fish oil and evening primrose oil 1000 mgs each will take another tab of beast at 12 and another at 6pm :evil:
 
i think you should wait until you drop more bf.
 
Thanks guys and yes Judo Tom I do agree with you at running an oral at a lower bodyfat ,that way there you can take in more carbs and protein to get the most out of the compound.But I wanted to run a cycle before summer that would not conflict with my TRT bloodwork that will be the beginning of July. And yes that is me in the avatar in 1998 Mr L.A. NPC took 2nd in the heavyweight div.Also Needtoo your store rocks in Salisbury was there a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Nathan
 
are you set on beast?

well first obviously you know how to get results so im just throwing ideas around to help out..

but have you thought about running something else maybe run a cutter?

how did you plan on running beast.. bulk/recomp/cut?

either way good luck.. doesnt look like you will need it.
 
More of a recomp Tom, trying to wake up my dormant muscle tissues without putting on fat.....a little experiment:evil:, Ive run every compound known to man.....but never run the Beast
 
beast can be run to recomp. it is best or most commonly used in a bulk.

the thing about beast is in can cause you to be lethargic and carbs can basically cure this but then you sacrifice weight loss.

lots more to go into it obviously but thats the quick point.

helladrol might be a little better for what you are looking to do but as always its gonna come down to a lot more then just the compound you are on.
 
Your correct, with all the threads I read about it.the beast is definitly used for bulking. My body is super resistant to compounds and chemicals, so I need to run the harshest thing out their, My energy level is great right now only eating under a 100 gr of carbs a day, and I have 1 carb load day a week on Sat or Sun when I eat 500 grams.I can always split those up on my training days if I get lethargic. I will tweak me diet day to day based on how I feel. My cal intake for the 4 weeks on beast will be around 2200 to 2400 a day.Which is 500 more a day than the last 4 weeks. By the way I am weighing 235 today after eating three meals on first day of the beast 1 more tab today at 630 with my dinner which is going to be baked haddock and half a sweet potatoe, so far today had 55 grams of carbs.
 
you are gonna love beast when you jump on it.. it is very potent and with a very dedicated user the results are awesome!
 
Pic to start Beast cycle, today is day 4 thirsty and drinking water like I never have done before, Im not sure if that is a side or not but i am not experiencing anything else,,,I feel great with plenty of energy and cant wait to hit the gym tommorrow,chest and tris
 
Into the 2nd week on Beast and my weight is holding steady at 235lb and my muscles are getting harder feel no significant sides...so far a slight increase in stregnth and better pumps...also 2nd week on 450 test cyp....will keep u posted
 
Yeah, I'd say it'd be pretty hard to lose weight on Beast, which is what you are looking for anyways, I assume. I know I ran a Helladrol cut last year and I couldn't lose a single pound. Stayed 217-218lbs for 6 weeks. But obviously I was losing bodyfat which was all I wanted, I was glad to continue building muscle lol.. I love it for recomp. But beast will do great, too.
 
yes I'm still losing the fat and it is working as I was hoping..... people at the gym are really noticing the physique change for only training for 9 weeks, 255 30% bf to 235 18% bf....goal 15% by end of week 12. June goal 215 10%.

how do you manage to stand on the side of the wall without falling?
 
I am really determined to drop the weight and I figured the Beastdrol would help me keep my muscle mass while I am on low cals.... also not Doin any cardio

Just finished my Beast cycle that I ran for 4 weeks while on my low carb and minimal cardio routine also was running 450 mg of cypianate also .... current stats 227 lbs and 15% bf will post pics on Friday
