My experience with my first black boss

Reflecting back on the last 2 years working for this guy I can honestly say he is by far the laziest boss I’ve ever had in my life, which is a bunch, and perhaps in the top 3 laziest people I’ve ever known. I’d say he is the worst boss I’ve had but I’ve had one that topped him, just because he was a prick,…..hard worker though.

As a supervisor for a rather large nation wide company he knew absolutely nothing, bare bone basic knowledge of operations, he would constantly make shit up to our clients and act like he knew what he was talking about. If anything would come up during the day I had took take care of it while he hid out 6 hours a day( this is a true statement not exaggerating one bit, 6 hours a day) I was constantly picking up after his ass and doing work that should have been done by him…..there is way too much too list why he was a horrible worker and boss, I’m so glad it’s now over.

Was it because he was black? I don’t know, I do know that my experience with my first black boss was not good though.

it has been my life observation that the laud jesus was the origional equal oppertunity creator. he made just as many pale assholes as he did assholes of color.

samuel j stephenson (a black man) was my first boss in pittsburgh. . .one of the finest human beings i've ever known. . .he gave me a shot when no one else would. . .i left his firm about 12 years ago, and i haven't spoken to the man for about 8 years. . .but, i'd step in front of a gun for him right now. . .no questions asked. . .

good Lord! fuel filter plugged up yesterday in buttfuck north carolina when it was 105 degrees. . .got detoured off of I-95 because of an accident, cost us about 2 hours of driving time. . .another accident detoured us today. . .old grandad is numbing my mind right now. . .but there's a gym across the street, and i'm gonna kick my ass tomorrow morning. . .then lay in the sun all day.
