About two and a half weeks ago I did a 5 day 600mg DNP (powder) cycle with Bromo, Yohimburn and a 400 calorie defecit. I wasn't very pleased with the results until about a week later when I figured it would be okay to go out for a few drinks with some friends. I woke up the next morning and was very happy, my body was almost where I wanted it to be. I started doing morning cardio on an empty stomick which lasted 5 days until I decided to start up another 5 day cycle at 600mg. The first day back on DNP and I kinda lost it, I went out to 7-11 and loaded up on atleast 3000 calories of junk food and polished it all off. (keep in mind through out this whole time I was still on a 400 calorie defecit using bromo and yohimburn). 2 days past by and I kept up with the 400 calorie defecit with a good diet but again lost it and loaded up on the junk food.
Okay so that is where I stand now, I'm on day 4 of my cycle with oneday left and I'm curious if I should extent my cycle for a couple more days to make sure I burn off all this crap I ate and still maybe lose a couple pounds? Or could this junk food load up actually be a good thing because I have been depleting myself all this time?. Ever since I started this cycle I have looked like complete shit and today has just made it even worse.
I realize a calorie defecit on Dnp isn't a smart thing to do but I really want to drop this extra weight for an upcomming camping trip for the long weekend in september so I'm willing to go extreme.
Anyways, any help is appreciated. thanks
