My Ex-Dealer was MURDERED!!

So I am at my boys house last night chowin down on some 'Za, and we get to talking about this dude that I used to buy Cocaine off of a few years back. I havn't touched the stuff in awhile(years), so I basically had no need for the guy anymore and thus lost contact. Turns out that he was playing Narc for the Cops and was shot twice in the face inside his own house not too far from where I live. They said that he stewed there for 4 days until someone found him. I guess it actually happened like 1 year ago, buy I never knew, shockingly, since everyone knows everything about everyone around here it seems. I felt bad I guess, but the guy was a scumbag. Not because he dealt Coke I mean, but he was just scummy in general. Just wanted to get that off my chest. I do feel bad a little.

Just a passing interest in the writer.
He was an amateur code breaker/writer.
Was good friends with the author of the Conan series, both of them helped each other come up with plot hooks and storylines.

He conceptualized the "creature feature" long before most contemporary authors.

But his work speaks for itself. I mostly kept reading his stuff because he's the master of the run-on sentence.

I dont read alot of fiction. By the time I developed a desire to investigate 'the classics', it was time to find a career and make my way in the big bad world.

I dont have alot of leisure time at the moment, but im planning on changing that.

I dont think so Code. Sounds like your career has been extremely demanding and stimulating. NSA. DOD. That takes serious displine, intelligence, education, dedication. To get to that level of employment suggests your an extremely accomplished individual. I aspire to that.
