why did no one answer my post. it seems as though i may be dealing with a bunch of teen agers. ladies and gentlemen please forgive me if i have insulted anyone that does not deserve it. however when asking if anyone could help with a real need that does not only deal with gaining mass it seems that no one truly seems to understand the science behind the chemicals in which they seem to be endorsing. my question again is that due to a motorcycle accident i have several torn ligaments and a very understanding doctor that i beleive would prescribe just about anything he felt was valied if i were to request it. again does anyone truly no the need for the drugs in which they endorse
by the way the torn ligaments are in my knees

Pulled this off the fina board

I hope ZYG will not mind, but it might help you, if I am reading your post correctly. I will say that congeneality is a positive thing.

prolotherapy
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok, damn tendonitis is messing me up bad. Used bells for chest late last week and did inclines forst now I normally dont have probs getting the bells up to press on my own, set em on the knee, pop em up and off ya go. Well, almost dropped one on my skull cause of the shooting pain in my elbow and then again today after military presses and curls my elbow is just pounding!

Well, my regular doc mentioned cortisone, but that is not a real fix, just a damn bandaid so I did not like that idea much. After doing some reading I finally found a guy in my state (only one too) that does polotherapy. Its where they inject a solution (i believe saline and glucose and possibly other stuff) which triggers the body to rebuild and actually add mass to tendions, legaments and cartiledge. I have an appt for the beginning of jan (grr, soonest I could get in) but im willing to give it a whirl. I will let everyone know how it goes.

Aside from perhaps GH or igf-1 there is little out there in the way of drugs that will help.

As gethard1 pointed out, I am going to give prolotherapy a go. Its not real cheap and not covered by insurance but if I can get rid of the pain and strengthen the tendons/ligaments, I will spend the cash.

DO a quick search on google, you will get a boat load of info. My appt isnt until the beginning of Jan, but I will let the boards know how it goes.
