My Dnp Journal

Shame, shame on me!! lol

I've quit, I hit 12 days. That was enough for me. I'll probably do another cycle in January, I have tons left...

my diet went pretty much as written, except one day that I attended a Christmas party, and another where I went for a nice dinner - both of which were occasions of massive pigging out :D

I got headaches occasionally, but ibuprofen and sinutab took it away...

dO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF GATORADE!!! Gatorade is your friend :) Drink at least a glass or two a day, it's high in carbs and potassium and replaces the electrolytes you lose when you sweat.

FRUIT is like magic while on DNP - if you're feeling lethargic, try a piece of fruit. It makes you perk up almost instantly.

ACTIVITY - keep it to a minimum. I couldn't imagine working out, I could barely do an afternoon of shopping with my mother without wanting to drop dead afterwards.

Don't know how much fat I've lost - I'll be bloated for another few days.

Normally I'd just keep my mouth shut, but I really have to comment. I don't understand this approach at all. You use a dangerous drug(While not a fan of steroids I can understand, at least to some degree, their use) that can quite easily kill you as the difference between an effective and a therapeutic dose is quite small and crash and burn after 12 days There are far less dangerous ways to lose weight. Additionally, I can't believe any diet, regardless of what drugs are involved, can achieve anything significant in 12 days.

DNP can't produce anything significant in 12 days???

Try around 8lbs of pure fat loss.!!!
Okay, so instead of losing maybe 2-4 lbs of fat, you lose 8lbs. Whoop-de-doo. I'd still rather take my time, than take the sort of risks involved with DNP.

B&I - I respect your perspective, though I should clarify -

I didn't crash and burn, I got tired of calculating every little thing I put into my body, felt I had probably given myself enough time to lose what I could, and stopped. And yes, it is dangerous if not used properly, but so are a lot of things. If you're dedicated, careful and strict, you can use it safely. As I and others have.

I would never reccommend it to anyone, because I can only be responsible for myself, however I can say plainly that I'm thrilled with my results. I weight train, do cardio, diet. I wanted to try to help myself along. Just like some natural bodybuilders who try steroids, to see how far they're capable of going. It's a natural compulsion, once you've reached a point, to experiment with things that can help you reach goals that weren't possible to attain without them. This is what I've done. I know there are others.

Women have a sore need for knowledge in tehse areas, in order to help them make wise, educated decisions. I publish my experience in the interest of populating the library on female supplementation. The more info out there, the better for all of us.

I have to wait for the bloating to dissipate to see how many pounds of fat I've shed... pure fat... I'm guessing between 7 and 10. Sweeeeeet ;)

And I'm definitely looking forward to the anabolic rebound! My muscles are still flat from lack of creatine, I'm boosting my supplementation now to get my volume back.

good reading here. I'm starting to get curious. I wonder how your strength will be effected when you back to the gym.

Well, I did some dnp two weeks ago. I didn't lift for that week or last week and, coming back today, I'm a beast! From what I've read and my personal experience, you're strength should only be moderately affected, if at all.

Honeynut- I may be wrong, but shouln't women stay away from dnp for childbearing reasons? I thought it fucked up your reproductive systems.
